Warm and cozy was exactly the atmosphere on Saturday evening the restaurant is so inviting. The food and service is absolutely top notch , fish and seafood is top quality and steaks are cooked to utter perfection, highly recommend.

Easy to get to from Carrefour but arrived 15 late due to dreadful weather. Went traditional; coquelie St Jaques, boeuf borginione, coq au vin, profiteroles. ( excuse iPhone spelling limitations). All well prepared, fresh produce, good portions of home cooking (it is not haute cuisine) and I will return and walk on the beach after another good lunch. Good vfm... More

We have been visiting this excellent restaurant 2-3 times per year for the past 15 years. We are always made very welcome by great friendly staff who are patient with our still lack of French vocabulary. The house wine is very drinkable and the food is by far the best seafood we have tried anywhere in the world. Not wanting... More

A group of 10 to perhaps 15 of us visit the Blank Nez 2 or 3 times a year for lunch during out booze cruise. They always look after us - the food is always great and the wine flows. Can certainly recommend it!!

Revisited this lovely restaurant after 12 years.Still a good standard of French food with friendly helpfull staff. The menu includes good value set meals.Very good choice to visit either on a trip to Calais or before returning home on the Ferry or the Tunnel.

This is a great French restaurant well worth a trip. We went twice. The first we indulged in the fresh fish, crab, moules and escargot washed down by a bottle of Sancerre. Our second visit was for steak and both meals were superb. Recommended but it's not cheap.

We have visited this restaurant on quite a few occasions as it is well placed for the ferry and tunnel. The food is always good and there are menus and a la carte so it suits all budgets. The owners are always welcoming and willing to oblige if possible to a request. This time my husband asked if they could do egg mayonnaise...
