I had the coq with Meuse sauce. It was outstanding. Perfectly prepared protein, sauce had subtle notes of anise, great veg. My husband's beouf was tough :( Not as good a meal as the night before at Taverne-restaurant Relais Saint-Antoine, there in Crupet.

Nice restaurant, good value. I think everybody will find something on their cart. The owner and chef is very nice and friendly guy " and a good cook". I can recommend this restaurant at any time.

As all the reviews stated that the portions were so large, we didn't take a starter. The "special steak" was of a very good quality, accompanied by fries and a salad. Certainly to be recommended if you enjoy steak. As far as the portions are concerned, they are a bit more than average, but not huge. This way we could... More

The speciality of this restaurant is its meat and we weren't disappointed. It gets busy even on a Sunday so book in advance.

Good old style belgian cooking. Portions are very generous so beware if you intend to do starters and mains. Service though can be slow if the place is full so be prepared to be there for a while which is not always what you plan . The jambonneau should definitely be tried

it was a rainy evening and water was dripping in the restaurant. Buckets were used to collect water around the roaster and cooking area...

I like going there in the winter. Th open grill and the atmosphere makes me feel warm. I usually take a main dish and a desert if I still have room in my stomach. the meat which is grilled in front of the clients is just perfectly cooked and tender, usually served with a tasty but not too fatty sauce.... We went there for lunch after having read a positive review in a Belgian newspaper. We were not disappointed. They serve local food at very reasonable prices. It's recommended to go early or to make a reservation because the place fills up very quickly.
