Staying in the resort you will not find other options for dinner in walking distance. However, the restaurant is more than acceptable. They are providing authentic and well made Thai food with good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. English language skills could be...better but this is more a general problem with Thai restaurants. But there is always a way .. ;-)))More

We were treated, at lunch today whilst staying at the MRVR, to lunch prepared by some Hospitality students from a school in Hong Kong, and we were not disappointed. The was on par with all the other meals that we have have had whilst staying...at the resort. I was glad it was a buffet style so i could try some of everything. The chicken green curry was perfectly spiced and sauce was just the right thickness, as it is often too watery for my liking. Could have maybe done with a few more veggies to bulk it out a little asit ran out before all guests had been served. The chicken skewers were awesome. Juicy and delicious with jusy enough of a kick to them. The only criticism is that there was not enough of them and if they had been cooked on a BBQ it would have charred them up and added a smokiness. The vegetarian Pad Thai with sweet and sour cauliflower was an ingenious creation that was unlike any Pad Thai i have gad before, but was superb. i could have easily eaten just the cauliflower but the complimented each other really well. The addition of some beansprouts to the noodles would have added a freshness and made it a little more authentic/ The pork neck salad was both fresh and flavorsome, although possibly a little too much dressing was added. However it was balanced in terms of sweet and sour and textures .The lettuce had obviously only just been picked from the resort garden which was great. We had the breakfast buffet as well as dinner here. Breakfast had a nice variety, and dinner had enough dishes to suit most people. Restaurant is open air, and the breezes came through and kept the temps nice. Service was also good. Good choice if...in the area.More

Great to visit this resort again. Greeted by Rosie and Bryan with a massive hug and smile, as always.😄 Breakfast and dinner superb, with exceptional service. Menu had Thai, Northern Thai and Shan options, as well as some Western food. Rooms clean and charming. Definitely...worth a visit. I also like the fact they give back to the local community, employing locals and raising money for education. Look forward to returning next year!More

We stayed for three nights in the resort, had breakfast as well as dinner here. Breakfast was good with Thai as well as international options. Dinner offered lots of Thai specialties, including Burmese. I did feel that the food was 'spiced' down a bit compared...to other Thai restaurants we visited. Overall very good.More

Had breakfast, lunch and dinner here for 3 days. Food was superb without exception. Menu had Thai, northern Thai and Shan options as well as some western food. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the Kok river. The staff were highly attentive with great...English. The restaurant also has a full bar with a good cocktail list. Definitely worth a stop off if in the area (or a stay at resort like I did).More

Great food. Buffet at lunch for 165bht. Good menu in the evening. There was a spicy fish Northern Thai dish we had which was amazing.

Kitchen likes to satisfy the Clients. Very flexible and creative. Have also good meet, not just Thai Food!
