Have been here for breakfast and lunch over the last few days and have not been disappointed. Serves are a good size and prices good. Staff friendly, service prompt.

This place has been operating for years, and is consistently excellent. Only a limited menu, but all breads and cakes are baked on site and are just delicious. A German-style bakery, not French-style, generally very busy for breakfast, followed by the coffee and cake mid-morning...More

This place is just fantastic. The breakfasts are top and the bread is probably the best German Vollkorn in the country! I've never found anything else like it in a city. Got some German grocery faves on the shelves and that great Ritter Sport chocolate....More

Got our order wrong, and when we sent it back the woman who had taken the order came out and was rude, aggressive, and told us it was all our fault. Food wasn't anything special, and service was very slow.

It's like being in a little part of Europe. They have some specialty breads they make, which sell out quickly. Coffee is a special experience. Has a long track record and it well liked by locals and visitors alike.
