Mango tree is a great place in general, but this place is like mango tree aiming for Michelin:) Firstly, great service, amazing view from the 35th floor and very cozy environment. Food, really great! Everything what was ordered had a real “mmmmm delicious” reaction. The...More

I had dinner at Mango Tree last night. Very classy, fine dining Thai restaurant with a great view. Located just across the road from Tokyo Station. Take the Central Exit towards Imperial Palace and the Marunochi Building is directly across the road. The restaurant is...More

I finally met an English speaking Japanese woman who was willig to go to dinner with me. So, I wanted to go big before I go home. This was an excellent choice. We had the budget Set at 6000 Yen each. It was 6 small...More

Food was a little spicy bearing in mind I asked for it to be tamed slightly. The view seems to be driving the price as good Thai food can be found elsewhere on a more modest budget.

On our last night in Tokyo my wife and I had dinner here. The food was delicious and plentiful (get the Tom Ka soup!). We also found the service to be excellent. Also, we sat by the window and had a panoramic view of the...More

if you want to be treated like in a renowned restaurant this is the place. But if you want to eat decent Thai food, better look for an alternative. Except curry, too spicy anyway, the rest was more than disappointing. Well, with the exception of...More

Definitely a 'Japanese style' Thai restaurant. The green curry wasn't spicy in anyway, and was disappointingly small and lacking in meat. The appetisers were nice, but again too Japanese with a huge focus on sea food and mild taste. The service was good, the views...More

A colleague and I first spotted this place when we were looking around for good restaurants with views. We were constrained by the fact that the only meat I eat is Chicken - surprisingly hard to find in most restaurants in Japan. Twice the restaurant...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
