The decoration was very good and the drinks very aesthetic. Food was ok and very cute. Unfortunately the service was way below expectations. At first my friends and I thought it was part of the act where they have to play moody vampires or whatever, but by the end of the day it was without a doubt simply bad service. The waiters
/waitresses are very rushed, the “vampire” treats customers like he’s too good to be doing this, and we saw how they very rudely turned away a customer that had no reservation. There are many other good theme cafes in Tokyo so there’s absolutely no reason to put up with this treatment.

As other reviews state, small and well decorated. Costumes are good. Food was nice, we needed to use google translate to know what we were eating. The staff don’t speak any English, and whilst they put on a performance for each dish for the locals, we just got the plates with not even an explanation. We were in & out in just over an hour.
I personally didn’t think it was worth going, as felt we didn’t get the show we paid for & everyone else got. This is definitely not a location for tourists,

We did the 6-course dinner. The decor and concept of this place is quite nice. Food wasn’t bad either. However, I can’t give it more than 2 stars because (a) no one speaks English, so you don’t know what is happening and essentially miss out on all the presentation etc. (b) the staff is quite rude. We had a 8pm reservation but got hungry so landed up a bit early. They said “come back at 8”.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t speak Japanese.

We went there for dinner a few days before Halloween and could order their special menu, which we enjoyed ona private table. One waitress wanted to take our order, but she didn't speak English and apparently only one crew member speaks English, so that is something they could improve. Food was excellent and the spooky presentation was just what we were looking for.
PS: Their restroom is not for the faint of heart

I was looking forward to visiting this restuarant for a long time. As such we reserved a table for 2000 on a Saturday night after the lifting of the state of emergency. When we arrived we were told they weren't serving alcohol. That really didn't bother us too much however we were also told they stopped serving food. We found that strange since this place doesn't open up until 1700, so I'm curious when do they stop serving food. When we asked if they had tea, they said no. So why permit people to make a 2000 reservation when you don't have anything to offer your guests? Extremely disappointed at the overall experience. What a huge let down.

Although we initially had high expectations for this establishment, our visit ultimately left us quite disappointed. Upon arrival, the host informed us that there was a fixed menu for the evening, consisting of a 5-course meal and one drink per person, which we were perfectly fine with. However, to our surprise, we were served afternoon tea and some rather lackluster, dense pancakes, and nothing else in terms of food. This left us feeling frustrated, especially when we noticed that the entire restaurant seemed to be receiving the 5-course meal while we were the only ones receiving afternoon tea at 8 pm.
To make matters worse, the bill ended up being over $150, which felt exorbitant for what we received. The desserts we did eventually get, though nicely presented, were disappointingly lacking in flavor and quality. While our overall experiences in Tokyo had been overwhelmingly positive, this particular dining experience stood out as the single worst we've ever had, without a doubt.
If you value both your money and your time, we would strongly advise against dining here.

We reserved a menu warning of my allergy to seafood and of two dishes they had with seafood they only changed one and of course they charged the same. They brought our plates quickly and quickly and the bill the same because they were going to close. If you are going to close, do not accept reservations so late. The atmosphere is very cool but between that and the quality of the food is quite bad, we have been very disappointed

SCAM RESTAURANT!!! I have added the 3 photos of the total 17 course meal and drink. This was for 2 people which cost us 11000 yen. This is all the food for 2 people, NOT what's in the 3 photos each! We went on Halloween 2024 expecting a dinner as advertised but as we got to the 7th floor and to the table the large platter was sitting there, they asked if we wanted alcohol or not (difference being a cheap tiny red wine bottle for both to add to soft drink), I expected coffins and roses as per photos on google and the reservation but was put in a 30 square metre black room which was cramped with 20 people. Everything looked and tasted like it was from family mart, one of the courses on the platter was 2 slices of beef stuck together with a tooth pick. I wish I got more photos of the tiny room but was embarrassed to take photos of the cramped people around me. The people serving looked just as sad as us to be there but were very polite.

We were very hesitant about going after we read some of the reviews on here…
However, we were absolutely delighted with how our experience was. The atmosphere was beautifully spooky and the food was themed wonderfully. Our vampire gave us an English menu(which we would have been fine with a Japanese one because we had Google translate), took us to our table and we got to enjoy the experience. Even trying to be moody and dark, all of the servers were very nice. The food was tasty and we enjoyed the night. So happy we went with our gut instinct and went to dinner there.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here, despite my Japanese being poor. I got seated in a plush booth and the lovely staff explained everything to me and helped me order. I expected the food to be mediocre as themed restaurants often are, but this was DELICIOUS and the staff could not have been more attentive. It's just a shame my Japanese isn't great as I couldn't speak with the vampire much, but that's my fault, not theirs.

The dark decor was great and the staff really played up the goth experience. Food was plated in the usual Japanese theme cafe way, which means super fun. Nice change of pace from the usual Ginza offerings.

The food is okayish but they are quite unfriendly. Maybe that's the concept.... but.... I felt really unwelcomed and not in a good or fun way. Personally it was a disappointing experience ignoring the high price.

Fantastic food and service. Atmosphere is uniquely New Orleans. Vampire Pino was delightful. Bonus canine menu for your pet.

I will admit I almost allowed the other reviews here to scare me away. I was so afraid I wouldn't enjoy it and that the staff was going to be rude. I'm so thankful I didn't! Vampire Cafe was the most decorative cafe I had been to in Japan and I went to several while being there. I've always loved everything about the Vampire aesthetic and this one did not disappoint. You first enter from an elevator with a red curtain covering where you were going to go. You're greeted by the Vampire's servants and may even see the Vampire walking around all majestic like ~ We sat at a corner booth with a curtain. Everything was dark, illuminated by dimly lit and red lights (Not sure if they were red or that was how everything looked). I pre-reserved the food and knew what we were going to eat. You can easily book it on Tablecheck and it tells you what set meal you're reserving plus descriptions were easy to translate when there and figure out on the big menu they give you.
Drinks were pretty good and the food was delicious. It's a fairly standard meal like cheese pizza, chicken and pasta -- so nothing really fancy or different. Their desserts though were super yummy and how they presented them was very unique ! Everything fit with the theme. They put a blood red dressing on your salad and black ink in your pasta. The whole meal was super filling ( we're talking 6 served dishes ).
It was super cool how the "Vampire Lord" walks around and interacts with guests. Of course if you know Japanese he interacts more ( as we noticed with other guests ), but he still made an appearance and was kind whenever we did ask for anything such as water. They were also quick with the food. One of the waitresses we had was super sweet and kind. Anytime we needed to talk more we'd use a google translate and she would do the same. We wanted a photo with the Vampire and she told us it was 500 yen + plus we got a sticker of him when getting a photo. Whether or not this was standard, we didn't mind ! I tried to learn a little Japanese before coming, but I only know your typical phrases -- nothing that can hold a conversation. We're coming into their country where English is not their first language so of course we shouldn't expect a place to know the language. It shouldn't be downrated because it's a place that speaks Japanese in Japan. Boggles my mind !!
Despite the barriers, we had a wonderful time. My friends were skeptical about me wanting to come here at first and even they were amazed by the interior and the aesthetic of the whole place from the dining set, to the coffin to the chandelier. I was in heaven just being here !
When we left there was a male servant that bowed to us and kept bowed until our elevator closed. The cast was committed and respectful. It was definitely an experience I'll always remember ~

I so much would like to give this place a higher ranking but I can't... so sad.
The idea is excellent! The venue is really small but quite ok. The staff's outfits were quite good, one excellent.
We did not get to choose alacarte, it was a fixed menu. They did not have an english menu, so did not know everything we ate. Not a problem for us, but huge problem for those who have allergies. Food was average, but the little pizza was excellent! Food looked amazing, the plates were decorated nicely.
Drinks were ok, but expensive af. The hole thing was quite pricey.
I was a quite worried of the real fire, because no fire steps etc on site and it was the seventh floor.
All this could have been quite ok and my ranking would be better if the staff would have been nicer. It was quite awfull.... we felt like not wanted there at all!!! It took time to do te reservation online (the site was not good), the taxi ride there was long, the place was not easy to find and it was expensive. And to top this all we did not feel welcomed!!! Left a very bad taste to us for a long long time!!!! And I would not recommend this to anyone, thanks to that. In my opinion, this is sad because it could have been our best night In Tokyo, if the staff had been different, because the idea of the restaurant is good and there are not that many team restaurants left after the covid.
So please, fix the issue...

Melko kallis paikka.
Ravintolan ulko-ovi on suoraan hissin ovi roskiskatosten vieressä, hieman hankala huomata.
Tokio on siihen hieman liian kaukana...sääli.
