In addition to our main courses (see photos), we also had 1 gram of light beer, 1 gram of wheat beer, 1 bottle of water, 1 glass of white wine (unfortunately there was no rosé) and 1 apricot schnapps. Everything was delicious and the service was very friendly. I was still disappointed because I went there specifically to eat Tirteln - but they only serve them in summer.

Perfect experience. Unique location, very old farmhouse, rooms with stone walls, typical South Tyrolean style. The dishes reflect the place. Don't think I'm crazy, but there are places, when you're on holiday, that you will miss dearly once you get home and that are one of my refuges of beauty and goodness when I think about them, perhaps in difficult working moments. You will miss this historic farm, brewery and excellent restaurant with home-made and genuine flavours. No doubt. Top notch Knödel. The strudel and ice cream are wonderful. Ps. If you are in a hurry, screaming children running everywhere bumping into waitresses proving you can't handle them, please, really, go somewhere else. One of the times we went there were three families like this all at different tables and it was hell. Parents now impervious to the screams of their children. The internal rooms echo a lot and it was impossible to hear each other speak.

Finding myself in the area, I decide to return to this place where I had already been in 2019 and of which I had excellent memories. What can I say, the meat dishes (the tartare above all but also the grilled steak) are amazing. I remembered the beef tartare as among the best I had eaten and I can confirm it this time too. The beers were delicious, after all they were born as a brewery and I also liked the ice creams (personally I didn't have them) very much. In my experience the staff were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps the wait was a little above average in the area, where everyone is extremely fast, but nothing that could compromise the excellent experience. Happy to be back

Amazing place in the middle of the Pusteria Valley, surrounded by mountains and very accessible. We had lunch for a family occasion and were impressed. Impressed yes, but by the exasperating slowness of the service. The first ones arrived after the second ones (biblical quote?), the orders always incomplete or wrong. Between the arrival of the first dessert and the delivery of the last we celebrated my grandfather again. Meal report: 3-hour lunch like an Indian wedding, slow service like a Galapagos turtle, good ice cream but not the one chosen. Highly recommended for those who want to test their calmness and tranquility.

Superb discovery. We came across it by chance, the place and the location are immersed in nature, very particular... very polite staff. The beers they produce are spectacular, the products they offer, as well as being well cooked, are top quality. And the strudel.. simply fantastic and generously portioned... something to note in your travel notebook for a future return..
