We where staying on a camp site so visited for drinks and a late lunch. Myself and partner had soup and baguette, which was lovley though had to wait and it was only a bowl of soup. Prices of drinks we found are the most expensive out of all the other pubs in the village. The pub was really busy... More

Food ok. Drinks expensive but a good choice. Place a bit dirty. The staff unhelpful and unpleasant. Not recommended

Had a very good lunch here, sat outside in the sunshine. Good choice and service. Water bowels for dogs. Reasonable price. Would return.

Very disappointing can't book a table for less than 10 people. Really difficult to get 2 tables close together for 4 adults and 3 kids.

The atmosphere was... More

A very nice pub/restaurant which is dog friendly and has a good, varied menu at reasonable prices for food. Would recommend for either lunch, or dinner if you have your pet with you.

we called in for Sunday lunch and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. We cannot speak for the normal menu but the Sunday lunch special is worth avoiding

Staying locally in our campervan and decided to pop in for dinner. Husband had the shepards pie which he said was nice & I had soup & deep fried Brie. Cheese was lovely soup wasn't great ended up leaving a good amount. Friendly staff was not as busy as previous visits but tables where still very close together. Dog friendly.

Me and my boyfriend visited a few days ago after a mix up with our booking at a campsite. The staff were happy enough for us to stay in the car park in our campervan. We had a drink the evening, the pub seemed full of happy customers and we felt very cosy inside. In the morning we had breakfast,... More
