We did not have any food there, we just stopped for a coffee. The service was good, friendly staff and the coffee was good too.

We came for lunch two adults and two children. We didn't get the food for the children, and the staff didn't help us, but blamed us for the mistake. When we did get the food for the children, it was the wrong meal, and we...were forced to pay for it In the end we left with two hungry children. Er do not recommend this place to anyoneMore

While touring Omaha Beach and other nearby sites, we wanted a bite to eat, and the restaurant recommended to us was closed. We kept driving, and happened upon L’Omaha. It wasn’t crowded, and we were seated immediately. The hostess was friendly, and the menu was...just fine, nothing too complicated. One had the calamari and shared it; was surprisingly tasty. One had an open faced sandwich, a bit pizza-like but good. The Vegan has the same without cheese and enjoyed their fare. One had steak, and one had smoked salmon on toast, made in-house. Better than typical “tourist food,” and the cider was very refreshing and tart. We all enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is also accessible, which made it easy to get around. There was a nice view, right at the beach and across from a memorial site. Very pleasant meal all around, and nice staff.More

Wouldn’t describe as mon Bon, it was ok. Not sure I would pay with my own money to eat here. The burgers we had were fine, nothing special. Although there was a weird paste/sauce put on the plate... a bit like bbq, a bit like...balsamic. Just odd.More

Food was good, not outstanding and the waitresses friendly and helpful. Had calamari which was tender although batter was a little oily. Prawns were large and succulent. Shared profiteroles with my wife - best part of our meal. All the desserts looked enormous and delicious.

Visited for lunch. We were shown to a table quite quickly and our order taken. The drinks arrived very quickly but we had to wait some time for our lunch which was only on the snack menu so not complicated. We both ordered Croque-Monsieur and...being honest this was not the best. It was quite bland and lacking any real taste. The chips were OK If we visited the area again then we would look elsewhereMore

We went there with our 2 girls. They had a high chair which is the same one I used as a baby 40 years ago! And no changing facilities. I am French and was appalled by the quality of the food. My husband had the...selection of Norman cheese which was an insult to cheeses of Normandy! They were all massively industrial and bland! I had a “Norman tartine” which was made with poor quality cheese and some bits of chicken. The salad was ok but made with ready made dressing. Our daughter had a “steak haché frites” with poor quality meat. It all looked defrosted. All that for far too much money as the owner seems to think he has a high end establishment. Service was ok. Lots of flies around. I am ashamed that a French restaurant serves such terrible food. Avoid and go to lovely Magasin General Omaha Beach opposite the museum: yummy food!More

Dropped by for a glass of beer and a coffee ( in that order). They were very nice and the bathrooms were clean and accessible for a wheelchair

We ate here during a visit to Omaha Beach, I had eaten here before and recommended it to my friend for us to use for lunch. It was OK, the food was nice but nothing special, making it a little over priced for what we...got, the service was OK, though not inspiring. We both had the same thing a burger with very few fries, you could almost count them on two hands, though the burger itself was well cooked. Would I use the restaurant again, I am not sure on thatMore

It was a very busy day with the 75th anniversary of D Day so it was extremely busy. We waited for a table with a group of 6 in front of us. The maitre'd was incredibly flustered and was unsure of where to seat anyone,...even though we could see three empty tables and even offered to split our group to make it easier. We saw speak very rudely to customers who had walked in, sat down and move tables, telling them they had to be seated however there is no sign to tell you this and no one greeting them. We ordered a 1/4L of rosé then ordered and 2nd one when it came out is was a totally different colour. When we questioned the staff and someone who we think was the owner that we had received the incorrect order she argued that we had what we ordered and was going to walk away. We firmly showed the different colour and explained again this was not what we ordered, it was taken away and something else came back. When it came it looked the same but it was not, no one came to check or ask if we were happy after that or even apologies. The meals were quite quick given the amount of people there, however there were shortcuts being taken, my burger with Bacon had not even a strip of bacon on it and the seafood mornay had not prawns as described in the menu. There were a lot of staff but only a few that were truely working. There was one gentlemen waiter who was amazing and was do most of the work, while the others swanned around not doing much and providing no customer service.More
