The property is a 10-minute drive from the ancient village of Bagnaia. The staff welcomes you with cordiality and professionalism. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the outdoor spaces offer a splendid view. The menu is of high quality thanks to local products and, above all, the skill of the chef. Very rich wine list. High prices.

As I'm sure almost everyone else did, we went to a wedding here and it was such a beautiful setting. Lovely woods where they had the ceremony and a really nice garden area for canapés and aperitifs. Would definitely recommend it to anyone getting married in Italy.
The only downside of the day was the weather (rained at the start and a bit cold in the evening) but that can't be helped and is really no reflection on how beautiful this place is.

Me and my husband recently celebrated our wedding at this location. The location and its surroundings are just stunning, it was a fairy tale. The staff are warm and friendly and the food was excellent. Everyone loved it from the aperitivo to the deserts.
Thank you Giardini for making this special day one we will never forget !

It should be noted that the place is a paradise: a well-kept garden, an enchanting gazebo, a mise en place that is striking for its delicacy and a wonderful view but...definitely too expensive even in the center of Rome!!!! We spent the money on 2 families of 3 and 4 people (including 3 children) €362 for: 5 starters, 5 second courses (and in any case €25 for grilled beef because that was it or a price around there for a veal with a sauce that tasted like nduja, I think a little expensive!), 3 side dishes of baked potatoes and 5 desserts and some wine. No coffee, no bitters. An endless wait to bring all the dishes. The fifth second course arrived when everyone else had finished eating theirs and at our request!!! Even to bring the desserts we waited 20 minutes (the desserts were 3 tiramisu and it's a grandma's cake!). In addition to the fact that two plates of pasta with tomato for two children cost €10 each! Well... it all seems a bit much to me. Almost as if I wanted to make this beautiful location pay for it! I have never spent so much to not even eat the first course!

Our family has been coming to Italy several times every year for the past 20 years and I believe this place is our favourite insider tip. My wife and I love coming here for lunch in the beautiful and magical garden with stunning views and the best Italian food. The Giardini Ararat Team also took care of the catering for our wedding at lake Bolsena last year and did such an amazing job. Our guests loved the food, the service was best in class and decorations including tableware etc. were on point. The communication to organise everything was very smooth and we really felt in very good hands.

It’s virtually difficult to find a fault in this place. The food, the staff and the scenery are just perfect for any kind of event. I chose this place for my wedding as I had already experienced the restaurant and the exquisite general hospitality in the past. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending the “Giardini di Ararat” to any point ne wishing to have the experience of a lifetime. Thank you again for the everything you did for us.

The team at I Giardini di Ararat did the catering for our wedding in Ronciglione in July this year and we were so pleased! The food and service were excellent, they were a pleasure to deal with and many of our guests said it was one of the best wedding dinners they had ever had! One guest even said it was the best meal of his life! They really listened to what we wanted, and added their own expert advice and recommendations, then pulled off a magical, delicious evening. We highly recommend Emanuela and the team!

Dined al fresco on a hot afternoon yet the temperatures were perfect due to the location, a lovely breeze and a giant tent on the veranda. The gardens are beautiful but the food is truly amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was sad when the meal was over.

Went here on 3 occasions. The first time for dinner in 2 and it was great. The food was fantastic with good portions. Good quality price.
2nd time I went for dinner in a small group and the portions were extremely small and the price much too high for what we ate.
Gave it another chance for lunch in a small group and again the portions were extremely small and the price far too high. We were all hungry after this lunch.
The wait was extremely long at the lunch but it was Sunday and busy.
To conclude I would say that the restaurant is in a beautiful location but the quality price doesn't add up.

The Giardini di Ararat is the perfect type of agriturismo - it is a stunning property with beautiful, lush gardens and a homey interior. Everything about the decor is on point, from the amazing table setting to the mis-matched plates hanging on the walls to the fire place. The food is excellent, from the cheeses to the pastas to the desserts. This place would be perfect for a wedding party but is also great for a weekend lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

Went there by accident and the experience was a good one. The location is in the middle of the countryside, inside you find a welcoming friendly atmosphere with good service. Unfortunately Sunday lunch is a bit caothic with a full house. The antipasti and pastas are home made and originally presentated. The main courses are good, fresh (all bio local produce) and tasty. Nice deserts. Excellent wine list at honest prices. Next time we'll try on a week day or Saturday.

I know this "agriturismo" for quite long time now and every time I came back there is something which have improved and refined... The location is astonishing, the management superb and the food utilize is coming from the area surroundings this lovely place. You can eat, drink, and bring home jam, oil and other products and beside the normal food service offered the management of the place is also running parallel activities such as school programs, dogs training, and many more. It is family owned and managed and "Laura" one of the owner will make you feel like home, as long as you got one :) Otherwise you can sleep there in beautiful rooms. Plan also a visit to the close town of Bagnaia, and a warm bath in the thermal water of Viterbo and your weekend will be impeccable I promise!!!

Out close friends recently got married at this place and it was perfectly organised. Picturesque sunset and nice weather made it even more magical. The downside would be the food and drinks. The food was average for italian standards and the wine etc were not the best quality. I would not go back to eat/drink here but for events - a good setting.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and although it was closed the owners showed us round and gave us a bit of a tour. As they'd been so welcoming and the views were stunning we decided to book for the following Saturday.
The waiter was very helpful and friendly but he seemed rushed off his feet. Unfortunately a few of the dishes were a bit disappointing. The batter on the courgette flowers was thick and stodgy, not light and crisp as we'd expected. We also ordered a side of their home grown tomatoes, which turned out to be a plain tomato cut into four chunks. Similarly, we ordered a mixed green salad which just contained lettuce- all the same type. As the waiter was so rushed off his feet we didn't get any oil or vinegar to dress the salad despite reminding him. He did take the salad off the bill at the end as we didn't eat any of it and had finished our meals by the time the oil arrived.
The staff are really helpful but they seemed under staffed. The scenery is incredible and there are a lot of lovely touches around the place, unfortunately some of the food lets it down. The hare/rabbit pate was the highlight - very tasty!

The place is magnificent and the location awesome. Views at sunset are breathtaking. We were warmly welcomed and the list seemed highly promising. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to our expectations. My pasta was bland, and so were the cakes. The waitress was very helpful but served our second drinks too late, when we were about to have our cakes. She was slightly overeager to please and lacking manners (she just about shouted out the grand total to my friend when I was not supposed to know how much the bill was). If you want to spend a beautiful day somewhere magical outside Viterbo I can strongly recommend it. I am sure you will end up finding something to eat to your liking, too.
