The lamb shank ("lom shon") and the curry coconut fish were excellent, as were the small desserts of chocolate pie and cheesecake topped with cherry compote. Service is "island time" -- overall, we were there just under 2 hours, mostly waiting. Glad we were among the earlier patrons. The host had a lot of trouble with her credit card machine. The seating is in the the back of the house, 2nd floor balcony, overlooking some kind of catering operation on the back lawn and a large pond not far from the ocean shore. Beautiful sunset. Got to watch Venus crossing the sky.

I love eating food, so much so a long time ago I was a Chef. I haven’t lost my passion for food and on this vacation we made it a point to go local every opportunity we had. We stumbled onto Sandra’s Island Fusion and we are so glad did. The food was exceptional, so exceptional as we were talking with the owner we asked her about some other island favorites. We end up returning four days later for a meal planned and cooked for us that included, Pepperpot, stuffed Shellfish, cockles, and oxtail with rice and beans. We invited her husband Shane to join us. He did join us and we got to learn a little bit more about the island and the Caribbean. Photo are from two meals. All I can say is don’t miss your opportunity to go. Sandra’s food is amazing and she is a wonderful host,

This was really good. My hot veggie sandwich was super-good, and the fries were terrific. My friends enjoyed the curried goat, made with Sandra's own spice blend. Good drinks too.
I was very happy to see this new location, which is just so different from other places on the island. I tire of beach bar after beach bar serving the same mediocre food and relying on their sandy locations for ambiance. Sandra's new place has a very nature-oriented vibe with its lovely location that's full of bird life. The decor of the restaurant itself is still a bit of a work in progress, but that's to be expected with a new place and does not detract from the experience.
Sandra is a wonderful chef but is an equally wonderful host-----she is welcoming, charming, and full of knowledge. In spite of it being a bit of a long drive from my house, I'm already plotting my return next week!

It is difficult to describe the incredible experience we had at Island Fusion's new location near Darkwood Beach (in Google Maps, search for Sandra's Island Fusion Restaurant). We visited twice, once for dinner and once for lunch.
On the advice of another reviewer, I contacted Sandra via Whatsapp in advance of our visits to find out about menu options for my vegetarian stepdaughter. She said, "Not to worry, I've got it covered." She had prepared a veggie curry (dinner) and a lunch plate consisting of a lentil patty, pumpkin fritters and salad - both meals were polished off with more gusto than I have ever seen from my stepdaughter. She loved having vegetarian meals other than the boring pasta and pizza options offered at most places. The rest of us devoured the coconut curry lobster, chicken wings, chicken fricassee (try it with her homemade hot sauce for a flavour sensation!), tropical chicken salad and steak sandwich.
Sandra genuinely loves food and cares about your experience when eating her food. She is a skilled, intuitive chef and her love of cooking shines through in the quality of every meal. Simple, unpretentious, delicious food, so much better than the restaurants that cater to "tourist food". Sandra's place was my family's favourite during our 2-week stay in Antigua, and ranks as one of the best dining experiences ever. Come find her in her beautiful new waterfront location; you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful setting on Falmouth Harbour with covered but open-air dining. We were here near sunset, and it was amazing. However, the food is the star here. Owner and chef, Sandra, prepares authentic Caribbean dishes and the food is served with the loving care as if it's coming out of a friend of family member's kitchen. Started with the terrific seafood soup and then had my first Curry Goat which is a specialty of the restaurant, and it was delicious. Since we were there in January 2023, it looks like Sandra may have a new location on the west side of the island but no doubt the food I'm sure is still excellent.

Sandra's Island Fusion has moved to a beautiful location just behind Darkwood Beach (she was previously in English Harbour). It is so worth making the time to eat here, the location is beautiful and the food choices are a wonderful mix of either local or international cooking. We had the Jerk Chicken and the Conch Curry and both dishes were fabulous. Highly recommended.

I run an excursion where lunch is included and Sandra's is one of two options we offer, as a local is among the best on the Island, service and their personality is inviting, engaging and beautiful, plus their location in Piccadilly, right next to the Sailing Academy and Carib Dive is not only quaint and beautiful but a little adventure in itself.
Thank you Sandra and team for always making my experience and that of my guests such a memorable one.

We had a large group (reserved) for lunch and it was delicious. I recommend the chicken walnut cranberry salad and fish cake. Others mentioned that the mahi mahi, steak sandwich, and lobster bisque were incredible as well. Friendly staff, excellent prices and a fun view of the dive boat and sail boats in Falmouth Harbour make this a lovely spot for lunch. (or breakfast or dinner!) thank you Sandra and staff for accommodating us and for your fabulous food.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our rental host. We were a party of six and had dinner reservations for our last night on the island. All that we can say is WOW! Everything gets a 10++ rating. We were seated outside and the ambiance on the water was simple, yet beautifully elegant. The service was outstanding and the food...it was beyond our expectations. The members of our group ordered from both menus and there was not a single morsel left on anyone's plate. Personally, I will be dreaming of the lobster curry and counting the days until I can return. This is a MUST for dining on the island. It really does not get any better than this!

I had the most delicious whole red snapper with curry sauce that was to die for! Sandra is a wonderful cook and her restaurant has amazing views of Falmouth Harbour. You have to eat here if you want ant to taste the best local food for a reasonable price!

Had an incredible breakfast with a beautiful view of the harbor. The French toast is a must have! The eggs were cooked to perfection along with everything else we ordered. Sandra and her staff were incredible and very attentive and kind. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our experience was fantastic. It is very obvious that she loves what she does for a living because of the love that she puts in her food, her presentation and by the way she treats her customers. I will definitely be returning for sure, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again Doll 😊❤️

Had a wonderful meal last night at Island Fusion. The food was spectacular. My wife loved her whole fish and my son could not stop saying how great the lobster tasted. The jerk chicken was tasty and had great spice. The owner/chef came out to the beautiful sitting area (which is right on the water) to make sure we had enjoyed our meals.
Would highly recommend!!!

We love going to Island Fusion !
We went with family this visit and they had the special house grilled lobster which they loved.
The food is always good there and the staff are very friendly.
It is also so nice that Sandra the chef comes out to check everyone is happy and say hello.

This is Sandra’s restaurant, and she is both a lovely person and a wonderful chef! Trying to find the restaurant at the back of the Nautical School car park, you might ignore the colourful little Caribbean shack, but this is it! Don’t be put off - Sandra and her team will guide you to a beautiful deck look-out at the rear of the café with views over the whole of Falmouth harbour and Marina. A wonderful place for sunsets, and watching the world go by on the water

Ate as a couple at this restaurant for dinner.
It was the 3rd attempt at trying to eat there (we were keen to try it based on the excellent reviews) and we were rewarded for our persistence! The first time we arrived at 8pm to be told that dinner was by reservation only as they only stay open if there was guests in the evening; the other time it was they were shut for the day (Wednesday). When we finally managed to eat there, having booked via facebook/Whatsapp messaging, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The restaurant in withing the Sailing School complex and has a raised gazebo veranda adorned with fairy lights overlooking the water... beautiful!
The food was excellent, local cuisine with great flavours.
We had the crab cake starter to share followed by the curried goat and the Caribbean stewed chicken. Local cocktails were great and they were happy to make different flavours on request.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant had a local family run vibe.
Price was very reasonable considering the excellent meal and service.
Would highly recommend.
