If you want to dine in classic and lush surroundings then Brown Sugar is the place for you. A traditional Bajan buffet with live steel pan music. A complimentary orange squash awaits you. Go back as often as you like or as your waistband allows!...More

The food is very tasty and I love love the decor....the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the steelband as well. The only thing i didn't like that much was that at times it was very hot but will definitely visit again.

Brown Sugar is truly one of my favorite restaurants. They have many food choices and the food is excellent and quite reasonably priced. If you are looking for really good local food try Brown Sugar.

Bajan and more Bajan food to try. Lots to pick from. I loved the Rum Balls, the Garlic Chicken (with a spicy mango dip).

Restaurant was average re decor. Waitresses could be better trained - refilled glasses of water reaching across the table - did not look professional. Food was average - nothing to write home about. Would go again however the overall experience was satisfactory.

I've been going to this restaurant for many years and every time I visit Barbados I must get my local food fix by hitting their buffet. The food is amazing. The retardant has been a Bajan Cuisine landmark for many decades.

If I remember correctly it was somewhere between 18 to 25 dollars per person. A little pricey by American standards but it is island prices. I thought it was well worth it.
