I was with friends and family, excellent service and the best food I ate throughout Havana and the price was what we really seek

Hidden beneath Centro Habana's deteriorating facades, this restaurant serves super large portions of lobster, fried rice and sweet sour sauce! The interiors are air-conditioned what's a big plus on a hot, Cuban day.

The menu of this restaurant is varied, going from criollo to Chinese dishes. The portions are very generous. For a group, sharing platter (fried rice, grilled meat, seafood and fish) are best. Service is fast and efficient, while not feeling rushed.

Went there since it was supposed to have good chinese food. Little did we know what was about to happen. After 2 weeks of travelling Cuba we know about the perks of Cuban food and out expectations weren't that high. We ordered spring rolls and Chop Suey. When it came we were speechless. Chop suey was a big plate of... More

I am having a hard time understanding the good reviews for this place. It is extremely busy and popular with the locals, but I'm not sure why visitors would enjoy it. Perhaps our mistake was to actually try ordering Chinese items off of the menu. We ordered the spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, and fried rice. The spring rolls... More

I would not call Flor de Loto a typical Chinese restaurant but they serve very good meals. I visited the restaurant twice during my three-day stay in Havana. It was worth for me to walk a lot to get high quality food and receive good service. The positive aspects - summary: 1. delicious and good quality food 2. huge servings... More

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. While I was having lunch there were a group of friends celebrating a birthday and wow, it was wonderful the "performance" the waiter was doing. Perfect

Chinese restaurant with no Chinese food. There's always a queue and it is worth the wait. The food is good for Havana and the portions are huge, I always take half of my meal as takeaway. Busy restaurant, typical Cuban menu, great coffee, not expensive.

I have gone to this restaurant since 2002. Every time I visit Cuba I go there. It is close to where I used to live. It is very accessible by anyone with some money. You can pay in Cuban Pesos (National Currency) or CUCS (Cuban Convertible Pesos). Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and abundant. I particularly love... More
