As the birthplace of the daquiri, they were wonderful in a number of great flavors - my favorite was the Hemingway Special

While we were in Havana, We thought we should visit the famous Floridita bar and have a daiquiri. it was a very good decision as the atmosphere was amazing; live band people dancing, daiquiri flowing. You have to visit this bar

Best drinks in Havana. A lot of people but a nice bar. We visited the Floridita at the evening and in day time.

Very busy bar with everyone drinking (very good) daiquiri's like they should in this bar, where Hemingway is looking at you from the side of the bar 🍸

While Floridita is touristy, it is an attraction for a reason. You come here for daiquiris, lime or strawberry - both are perfectly balanced with rum, citrus, sugar. It is always busy, always crowded, but always worth it. The daiquiris are blended in bulk, multiple goblets filled at once for maximum efficiency behind the bar. While there is table service,... I went with my family in this restaurant for good time but didn't come out as a happy customer. It is a cheap place to eat not expensive. I went to washed my hands in restroom there is a line because only 1 person can enter at a time. they have no water pressure to wash hands. Toilet flush doesn't... More

The (expensive) daiquiri was small and not worth it. Having one's picture taken by the statue of Hemmingway might have been. The (live) music was OK. But I could have given this one a miss without regrets.

Okay it has a reputation as a cheesy tourist haunt and we kinda knew this as we wandered in but the daiquiri's were by far the best we had, expensive by Cuban standards but well worth it.

We visited Havana twice on our tour of Cuba and made sure we were regulars here. Yes, the drinks are more expensive than other bars but it has a great atmosphere and live music - and you can't leave without having your picture taken with old Hemingway!

In an historical palace, you pay the ticket to enter and look around. Here instead you pay a daiquiri. Inside you are going to find a lot of noisy tourists taking picture. Drink and go.
