After 10 days on the island, you might of had enough of beans and Cuban food. We decided we'd give Chinese a try. We heard about this place in the Lonely Planet. FOOD It was hard to pick only one item from the menu as there is just so much choice! In the end I went for chicken Sichuan which... More

The Chinese food is not bad. Can be a welcome change of pace. Nothing to write home about. Pleasant setting. Not the fastest service.

We came here as recommended by the LP book. However, the dish we ordered 'chicken and peanuts' was much too oily and the chicken not great quality. Definitely could have skipped. There's a pizza place about a block away that serves the best pizza in town, we were taken there the next night by locals. Pizza isn't really our thing... More

We were there with 3 Chinese people so they thought it was good. Good meal for Cuba which is unusual. Cuba isn't known for they're great food but this was good and we were glad to have a good meal. This restaurant has two locations. We ate at the one that was not in the heart of Havana.

They advertise a real Chinese chef from Shanghai. It showed in the good quality food. Served quickly (unlike some Cuban spots), hot and fresh. Waitresses attentive and one with English. Fried wontons (15), big veggie egg rolls (2), delicious tender pork (3 big cutlets), fried rice, 2 beer, 2 pop for $32 CUC. Dining al fresco to enjoy the atmosphere.

We went to Havana for a mission trip. Our interpreter took us here on our last day. And we invited our Cuban drivers with us. We ordered seafood and beef as these were not readily available for the Cuban locals. They appreciated this meal so much since the dishes were considered pricy for the locals. The potion was large enough... More

It's one of handful Chinese restaurants in Havana Chinatown. Food was tasty and menu included the typical Chinese dishes. But the hygiene was very questionable. We found a dead cat next to the outside seating. The waitress even didn't bother to clean it. She just moved us to the inside seating.

Nice location in Old Vieja von Havana with seating inside and outside. Very good menu and food. Chinese food cooked by a Chinese cook!

While wandering around the downtown area, we found a small Chinatown with a couple of lions in the street. A small alley has four or five Chinese restaurants. This one seemed to have the most Chinese patrons, so we ate here. It was one of our favorite meals in Havana.
