This place was recommended in our guidebook which was why we ended up here after the restaurant we wanted to go to was full as it was nearby. I really can't imagine why it was in the guidebook at all. I know it's Cuba and food is rarely amazing but this really was very poor. We ordered pizzas which our... More

We came here for drinks because we heard the band and decided to return the next night for dinner. When we arrived the band was playing again and the ambience was nice on the terrace. We wanted to have something simple Italian so we ordered crostini for starter. It was melted cheese on the top of tomatoes on baquette. Then... More

A well restored establishment set in a 18th Century Mansion, located near the Plaza de la Cathedral. The pizzas here are very very tasty. We went here twice during our time in Havana.

There is always a context when writing a review and in this case, Havana is the context. This is a city of contrasts - from extreme wealth to extreme poverty. In Old Havana, there are few restaurant which are clean with good service and good food. Given that, I've rated this restaurant as very good. In another city, the rating... More

Coffee time in old Havana. Nice outdoor restaurant to stop and have coffee and cake. Be careful what you ask for. We asked for the Neapolitan Cake and were told that they were out of pizza and we would have to wait 25 min. No, no, we want Neapolitan Cake, not Neapolitan Pizza. Good thing they were out of pizza... More

The staff are disinterested in any customers. We were ignored and had to ask if they were actually open and serving! Our table had some plates, glasses crumbs from the previous diners which was no problem however when they cleared the table, The waiter used a filthy dustpan and brush which they use on the floor to brush our tablecloth!!!... Unbelievably bad service, the waiters act as if they do not get paid at all. This is another Goverment restaurant. The staff gets paid next to nothing and they could not care less for the customers !! Well sometimes they try bad ..... The food was very basic and the cutlery was not properly cleaned. Bad experience, I do not... More

food was so so, what bothered me more was the approach of people asking for money, specially some kids, also it was very unpleasant the fact that our waitress was asking me for my clothes, for gifts, very unprofessional.
