Incredible experience! Five opera singers entertained a German tour group at the next table. Beautiful antiques, great food, smoothest rum. Best of all was the waiter. He was the nephew of a friend, we'd met eight years earlier and he remembered me!

This paladar is considered one of Havana's best restaurants and its setting, decor and food justifies the accolades. While our table was being prepared, we waited in the opulent entry area that is a treasure trove of interesting objects, statues , photographs, furniture and paintings from Cuba's past. The food was very good; my favorite course was the appetizer array... More

Great atmosphere, amazing decor and food wasn't far off. The tapa appetizer was great and they really cared about making us happy. Lobster was enjoyed by all and my pork was very moist. The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent.

We didn't make a reservation and turned up in the hope they could seat us. They were too busy when we arrived, but booked us in for a couple of hours later and recommended a brilliant bar for a drink while we waited. When we returned for dinner, the staff were more than attentive. They catered for our every need.... More

We looked for ideas on TripAdvisor before our trip and this was close to our Casa. The quality of the food was very good and the sharing platter to start is definitely to be recommended. The menu is varied, we had just 2 glasses of red which was a Malbec. The décor is eclectic with antique clocks, mirrors and religious... More

We had a great time here. The service is impeccable. The food is good. The ambiance is the real reason to come. It was terrific being in the same rooms that President Obama visited. The chef spoke with us (saw him on TV) and asked about our meal. The staff was attentive and got us a cab back to the... More

My mom and I had dinner at San Cristobal while in Havana. Our tour company made the reservation for us. Very unique atmosphere with clocks, religious relics, and photographs on the walls. Food was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We even got a tour of the restaurant after dinner to see where Obama ate while he was... More

our group visited San Cristobal Paladar and had a great lunch. From beginning to end, the staff made us welcome. Food was excellent- served family style for our large tour group. The decor is interesting and apparently this is one of the places President Obama , Michelle Obama and their daughters chose to eat. Highly recommend.

A quirky restaurant with lots of pictures and ornaments - many of a religious nature. There were several dining areas, one of which was a long wall-tiled corridor, other being small side-rooms. We ate lobster and seafood dishes which were all excellent. House wines were nice - Vina Maipo from Chile. After the meal we were offered complimentary fifteen year... More
