Barman was having a bad day, told me to have a daiquiri not a mojito as that's what they were famous for - I stuck with the mojito - tried to order another and was told I couldn't as they had run out of mint...too funny, so we left.

Standing room only, but you have to go just to say you were there. Good staff, passable drinks convenient location across the square from the Park Central Hotel and Sloppy Joes.

This is another historical spot in Havana like La Bodeguita del media that shouldn't be missed if you are anywhere close to old Havana. The band and the drinks were good and the place was packed.

Stepping into Floridita is like stepping back in time, and I was not disappointed. The decor and level of service (at the bar) complemented by great cocktails and (at least the evenings I visited) very good music. I was originally put off walking into Florodita by the level of harassment walking down Obispoafter nightfall, and expected this to continue as... More

Drinks are cold after wandering around the streets of Havana. It is a touristy thing to do but worth it. A statue of Hemmingway is near the bar for pictures. Drinks are weak but tasty and cool you off in the hot humid weather of Cuba.

Floridita bar (and restaurant ) is a step back into the roaring '50's. They make great, Piña Colada's, Daiquiri's and Mojito's. Live music every night is very good and the bar is always busy but not overwhelmingly so. Was definitely a good starting point for every night out. 2 mins walk from Parque Central.

How can you visit Havana and not visit the place where Ernest Hemingway would hang out everyday and enjoy his Mojitos! His bronze statue is situated at the corner of the bar where they allow you to take a selfie with him. Then they have a live band playing music while you enjoy those delicious Mojitos; we had a great... More
