If you are into movies, you shouldn't miss this spot and the chance to eat in directors' chairs! Don't go at opening hour as the daily menu might still be in the works! However they will always happily serve you a ham and cheese sandwich!

This is a small, very centrally located restaurant at the very corner of Independencia and Agramonte streets right across from La Merced Church. It's cinematographically themed, with movie posters, film reels and folding, movie set canvas chairs with the names of internationally famous movie directors on the back ( none were comfy, but I always picked Fellini). there are maybe... Great cinema themed restaurant with friendly knowledgeable staff. We each had bruschetta to start - I followed with a pizza and my wife had pasta both of which were amazing.. The total food bill was only 8 pesos! All washed down with a bottle of delicious rose wine (16 pesos!!!) Definitely a "must go" place.

We have visited this restaurant now on4 separate occasions over a period of 9 years. It still serves excellent pizzas; wonderful thin crust. Such a good change from beans, rice etc. Wine is a challenge as the white is never cold enough and the red is too cold. Always busy with Cubans and visitors and it was worth reserving a... More

A really nice restaurant with director style seats and a movie theme all around. Some tables are high stool style and some lower. Lovely staff working there and a treat to eat at. One waitress spoke really excellent English to us and we spoke Spanish back. The Chef came out for a chat. The pasta was really good, cooked from... More

This pizza place came highly recommended from our hotel's front desk staff. Decorated in movie theatre decor, they offer large thin crust pizza, and from the line ups we observed here, the locals love it too! They also offer lasagna, pasta and a large variety of pizza's. Cool place, worth the visit!

The worst Italian food ever. And the quality varies from day to day. The pizza crust is like dry biscuit which cuts the roof of your mouth. The lasagne is stale with nasty plastic cheese and the cannelloni is mishapen

This place is worth a visit for the tourist who has already frequented some of the more mainstream Cuban restaurants in town. The atmosphere is early Hollywood kitsch. The director’s style seats look intereting but are not really comfortable to sit in. The lights over the tables are too bright. The culinary theme is Italian food and the kitchen does... More

Very cool original decoration with photos from movies on the walls and chairs with the name of famous directors. We went early and chose a good table because the restaurant is small with few tables.Very nice pizzas and cheap. Of course the menu had more dishes but we needed a change to our diet with lobsters and shrimps which are... More
