Had dinner twice at La Rincon de pacos we stayed at sanctuary cap cana and even though this was not included we ate there twice the food is amazing and Eladio was a great server can’t recommend this place enough

I went with my cousin and we had a great experience. The employees were very kind and funny we got to hang around with Mr.wakey wakey and gasolina when we did our activities, the restaurants were delicious my favorite was Wok, we went every single night we were there. Overall it was a beautiful relaxing trip and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

The pizza, the burgers, the sweet treats and the Spanish food was all so delicious! The Spanish restaurant was the only place that was NOT included in our all inclusive package, but it's so worth the extra charge. We ate there 2 times during our week vacation at The Sanctuary. The only thing we would change is that these spots were open during the day/afternoon.

Sanctuary Town is designed like a small shops and restaurant village off the main Sanctuary Cap Cana resort. It is cute but felt pretty empty and underused every time we visited. Most of the individual "stores" or "restaurant" need a little something more to make them truly attractive. The "souvenir shop" offers what I would qualify as "crap" souvenirs. The kind of thing you would bring back to a small child. The owners should consider supplementing that with more exclusive local arts and crafts, considering the affluence of the clientele and the isolation of the resort. The jewellery store was nice and we did buy a little something (Tatiana was a great help). The "corner store" (food, souvenirs, sunscreen, etc.) was convenient and the staff was informative and friendly. The food and drink locations were generally empty and didn't have much to offer in terms of selection or places to sit, which didn't help. All in all, a cute concept that needs to be perfected.

This evening we dined at the Rincon de Paco. The Spanish restaurant in the town area of the Sanctuary Cap Cana hotel.
The service provided by Robelin Joseph (helped by Eduardo ) was exemplary.
He is friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to have as your server. He is 5 star and makes the meal extremely special.
We predict a bright future for him.
We had delicious tapas, lovely red wine and sangria. Everything was excellent quality and we didn’t leave a thing. They even bought a cake for my husbands birthday and sang a song to him.
It is not included in your all-inclusive but you receive a 10% discount and can charge to your room. Recommended!

Sanctuary Town, it is a great option for dinner with friends or a loved one if you are in the Punta Cana/Cap Cana area. In my case I ordered the Santiago pizza from Mammas’ Forno and it was really good, the portions were nice and the flavor as well 🤩. Our server Jose also gave a good service. Totally recommend this place!!

To clarify, this is a Spanish restaurant not a Dominican restaurant. We have been to Spain a number of times, and this restaurant would fit in beautifully in Las Ramblas. They have an amazing wine selection and huge Variety of menu choices. The restaurant is open to the public and not included in the romantic all inclusive resort of The Sanctuary Cap Cana. I highly suggest not to miss this amazing dining experience.

We ate at El Ricon de Paco and cannot say enough great things. The cheese, honey and fruit and pork tapas and Robelin Joseph served us. Robelin has truly been the most genuine and sincere person we have met on this trip, and we feel so honored to know him. He is gracious and kind, and we shared many meaningful conversations. As it is our first time traveling to the Dominican, Robelin made us feel right at home. We look forward to returning to sanctuary to visit not only the beautiful resort, but also our new friend, Robelin, again.

This is a cool area of the resort. They have a lot of shops and some restaurants. The only complaint I would have is when the restaurants in the Town open up. They have a burger and pizza place which I would have loved to eat at for lunch, but they didn't open till 6pm I believe.

Sanctuary town is so much fun! We loved the food here, the cool and relaxed vibe, and especially loved the Irish bar “beers of the world”. Our bartenders Jeuri and Cristofer were The! Best! We so enjoyed our time here, especially for before and after dinner drinks. Plus the food in sanctuary town is very good. The servers, like Kennedy, are all so nice and helpful! I highly recommend coming here when I’m Cap Cana, especially the bar!!

Robelin is an utmost professional. His knowledge of the menu as well as service skills were second to none. The drinks were never empty, the food was out on time and correctly, and the banter was like that of old friends. We returned to ensure Robelin would be our waiter and we were not disappointed. He is truly a the highlight of this trip and if you get the chance to eat here, don’t miss the opportunity to request him.

Sanctuary Town at Sanctuary Cap Cana is wonderful! From the best burgers around to amazing pizza, great evening shows, and, of course, Fusion. There only downfall is that it's not open until the evening. Coca Cola does an amazing job with the entertainment and makes you feel like royalty while you enjoy the shows. If there's anything you need, he makes sure you get it. I already can't wait to go back!

My wife and I had dinner at Sushi Town 2 of the 7 nights of our stay at The Sanctuary. The food is excellent and the staff is second to none. Wendy was our server and he provided us with great service. After dinner, we visited The Sweet Shop with same results! On previous trips, we have had burgers at Burger Factory and pizza at Mamma’s Forna. I can’t say enough about the quality of food and the great staff! This was our 3rd trip to The Sanctuary in the last 18 months and has become our favorite vacation destination.

Food was very good, better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve been too. Excellent gym. Great spa. Grounds were well maintained. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Beach was beautiful - only real negative at all was that it was a little too rocky to enjoy wading/swimming, but the pools make up for it.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the resort. Some of the friendliest and most amazing people I have ever met! Always a smile on their face, always attentive, and always respectful. I wish I could name everyone I interacted with during our stay because they all deserve a shoutout.
