Had the best banana milkshake ever! Ordered to share, we had the curry goat, brown stewed chicken, side of fried chicken, rice & peas as well as fresh salad. Prices are in JA$ which is how it should be in Negril (many restaurants in Negril always want US$). Excellent food & excellent service. I will return for sure on my... More

When you come to Jamaica and a looking for traditional Jamaican food that is prepared in a 'simple Jamaican country side style', you have found the right place. The food is prepared with age old recipes that are classical Jamaican ... If it is 'not broke don't fix it'. Great lunch prices, so get a great meal in you before... More

This is my absolute favourite place to go in Negril for fried chicken. We return time after time because it simply the best... I'm not sure what makes it so good, whether the cook uses a secret recipe or maybe just how he fries it.. whatever it is, it is really tasty. A choice for sides is mashed potatoes, and... More

Great food at a laid back location. The Red Stripe was so cold it was frosty, which was wonderful! The Conch soup and curry chicken were my favorite things to eat on this visit. My Uncle could not stop talking about the curry goat, so if you visit you will have to try!

Chicken Lavish isn't going to be your fancy dinner location, but it will be some of the best food you can eat in Negril. Been going there for 17 years now and Doc is the greatest. Best curry, excellent fried chicken - the wait is worth it. Sit back and enjoy the wait with friends - soon come. :)

The meals here are always excellent and I visit often. I ordered Lobster Fried Rice on my last visit as a change of pace. (I usually eat chicken since it's some of the best in Negril.) The lobster was very fresh and prepared very well - tender and flavorful. The fried rice was also well prepared and delicious with a... More
