La Vina is a bakery resposteria located in Hato Rey many years ago. If you want to have a nice chat with your friends or family. Or, if you want to be a listener to so many interesting conversations ... this is the place. They serve coffee, sandwiches and much more .. all delicious. I only recommend keeping the place... More

Fast, affordable, significant portions, good flavor, relaxed atmosphere. Parking is hard but worth the effort. A ham, cheese and egg sandwich with coffee and tax is $6.50; me and my wife split the sandwich because half is enough.

La Vina is a favorite for people that live in the Hato Rey area. Whenever I go to the island I stop there for one of their sandwich and of course a rum and seven, they do not cut corners on their drinks!

Loved the chicken breast with cheese, is a good combination for a sandwich, really good size, La vina is basically a bakery, cakes and pastries are also really good. This is an excellent place for a casual or fast breakfast. The place is small, and has limited parking, really crowded early in morning. Heard they had some health safety problems... More

Being a sandwich freak, I rate this as average. The cubanos and medianoches are good but there are better at Kasalta and La Ceiba. The place is rather small and it is very crowded.

I lived near La Viña all my childhood. Since it opened it was THE place to get the best cuban sandwiches and freshly squeezed OJ in town. Place was always packed, lines to order all day, but employees always working fast and very nice. Unfortunatelly, about two years ago the place took a dive. I am not sure but i... More

La Viña was my neighborhood's bakery when I was growing up. I could literally walk to the place from my grandfather's. They've traditionally prepared traditional Cuban and Medianoche sandwiches by the metric ton; meat portions tend to be in the large size, and the bread used is quite decent. Whoever goes there for the bread, the pastries or the convenience... More
