Great food for reasonable prices. Other restaurants were a bit pricey but this one was highly recommended.

I ate here and found it easily and really enjoyed it. Is cheap and the food was very good! If you want classic Puertorican food here's your place. Friendly hosts as well.

We enjoyed a tasty lunch here, on average around $10/plate. The food was good and our waiter humored us by putting up with our bad (but persistently spoken) Spanish. I don't have much to compare, but we enjoyed our meal.

Cafe Manolin was a wonderful place to eat! My husband has a shell fish allergy and they took excellent care to serve him safely. We had outstanding service and loved the food! I wish we had discovered this cafe earlier in our stay--we would have eaten there several times! It is casual and has a diner vibe with much better... More

If you want to immerse in local culture this is the place. Authentic puerto rican food, local eaters, music. This a restaurant where puerto ricans go at lunch, you can taste their rutines among the food.

This is a unique restaurant. Swivel chairs at the counter and tables too. Real local food. Local staff both young and old. Beers available also. Great experience.

I came across Manolin by accident on my first morning in San Juan. My ham omelette (served with a buttered bread) was delicious, as was their coffee. So I decided to return for lunch. Wow, I had the veal stew with rice which was so tasty. Whilst a basic place it is also very traditional and serves fantastic Puerto Rican... More

Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend for a taste of local eats and I would get the chicken mofongo! We had never visited San Juan and very glad we came along Cafe Manolin! We would definitely stop in next time!
