Orozco was close to our hotel and seemed like they were a good choice for Puerto Rican cuisine, so for my daughters birthday dinner, she wanted to go there. We arrived at 8;10pm and were seated outside. A waiter brought us a glass of water...and took our food orders, and then nothing for the next 95 minutes! Not a single staff contact! We saw literally dozens of to go and pickup orders taken away, a fair turnover inside and at the other outdoor table (the people at the other table ate and left and then another party came, ordered, ate and left while we were waiting). I finally had enough and we got up to leave, and of course then our waiter came over "You didn't get your food yet?" and ran off to check. We waited, expecting to have a manager come over with apologies or an explanation, but nothing. The waiter came back in a few minutes and said that our order was being made at that time. By now it was 10pm and I have doctors orders to not eat within 2 hours of bedtime, so for me there was no point. I asked to speak with the manager who never came out so I went in and tracked him down, and all he could do was say "I only have one cook. I already canceled your order'" and he walked away! No effort in any way to offer any kind of customer service or apology for ruining our night. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant, and especially the manager who clearly cares nothing about his business beyond the short term.More

We visited the first week in December. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Steven was our waiter and he was great. Seafood mofongo was delicious and satisfying.

For our last meal in PR we came to Orozcos. We hd passed by it many times throughout out stay and it always smelled good and looked like customers were enjoying themselves. The food was good felt really home made! Idk if it was because...we had spent the entire day at the beach but their Lemonade and Pineapple Juice was EXTREMELY refreshing we had like three cups each which they didn’t even charge us for. We were so satisfied we didnt leave any to take home!More

The food is so, so, nothing to rave about. The waiter added 2 cokes and an order of beans that we had not ordered. At first we thought that he gave us the wrong check, because we hadn't ordered cokes, but it had everything else...we had ordered. We caught the extra cokes the first time and saw the charge for the beans on the second, supposedly corrected check, After 2 revisions,it was what we correctly ordered.More

We waited over 90 minutes for our food which, of course, was cold by the time the staff brought it out. Our drink orders were forgotten/ignored several times. Although we had a native Spanish speaker, the staff was happy to hang out, doing nothing, patronizing...the fact that we had to wait so long for literally no reason. By the time I got my meal, I realized that they had only included three shrimp on my shrimp-based meal. Absolutely awful experience, eat here at your own risk.More

The service and atmosphere of the restaurant was great! Very home-like decor. The food was amazing! If you're looking for an authentic meal this is the place to go. Their natural fruit juices were also very tasty and refreshing. The portion sizes of the appetizers...were perfect for two. The portion size of the meals were perfect for having some leftovers. Not too pricey either which is always a good thing! I recommend if you're in the area to try them out!More
