Give it a shot if you are a pizza lover!

We had read about this restaurant being rated as #1 in Ponce and decided to stop in. As pizza is their specialty, we ordered the "Guacho", "Pionona" and "Bacon Ranch". Our appetizer was two (2) orders of Dough Knots. Overall the food was good to very good, unfortunately, it was not something otherworldly. The service was very good and very attentive. Parking may be tougher to find as it is in the square area of town with other businesses and homes in the neighborhood. I would certainly recommend it for first timers. Pricing was reasonable at $170 (tip included) for 7 persons (no alcohol).

Very Friendly Place

We stopped here for lunch waiting for the Carnival Parade to begin. We ordered a vegetable pizza with sausage. It was very tasty. The waitress was very friendly and informative. We left the restaurant to wait outside after our lunch to watch the parade. Being warm, we decided to go back into the restaurant and ordered two cool pina coladas to go. The people were very helpful.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend from Ponce. What a lovely surprise! Located in the historic center of Ponce. The building was originally a family home and the facade and interior walls are original. Their service was excellent and prices were very moderate, they’re famous for their Pizza cooked in wood- burning oven. I had one one of the best lasagnas I’ve ever had! Their fresh tomato sauce was outstanding! Theirs are thin crust pizzas and offer from classic pizzas to innovative flavors. Do not leave without having their chocolate cake for dessert. It is seriously good! Will definitely return next time I visit.

Disappointing

I adore good pizza - especially pizza made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Unfortunately, Camioni did NOT provide this. Our pizza arrived with barely any basil and with more than half the crust burned black from the wood fired oven. The cheese lacked flavor too. And my pasta was way overcooked and the pesto was not very flavorful either. I'd say skip this place and go to a Puerto Rican eatery or order delivery pizza instead.

Far from an italian pizza

Low quality pizza. We ordered a margherita pizza, with oregano, pecorino cheese, ham and basil. They brought us a lukewarm pizza with a layer of tomato paste, with unmelted cheese and tomato. They did not include the pecorino chesse and the basil. Tasteless pizza dough. It really can't be considered Italian pizza. They also ordered some spaghetti bolognese and what they brought was a plate full of sauce with a little pasta and cold. This was another disaster. It's not the first time we've visited but you can't really visit unless they change the chef. Visit them at your own risk.

Charming and delicious, this restaurant is casual and comfortable. I’m an upper 48 East Coast Sicilian/Italian-American, so I’m picky. The bruschetta to the risotto was amazing. The flavors were married perfectly, our server was helpful and sweet. The only reason I’m not giving it Five Stars is that the prosciutto on the asparagus appetizer was very salty. (I noticed most pork I tasted in PR also had a gamey taste I was not used to.) Other than that, we absolutely loved this restaurant. Had it not been late in the trip I would have been back!

Pay attention to the costumer

The beers was hot. We order to dine in an the drinks came almost wen we are finishing our pizza. We order another pizza to go with bacon at our surprise they give us a pepperoni. Take note your poza is good but your staff don’t pay attention to the costumer.

Maybe for pizza but stay away from the pasta!!

Perhaps the pizza is ok but the pasta sucks! I have the Rigatoni pasta with red sauce and meatballs, my wife try the one with chicken,olive oil,garlic. To start, both were served cool not even warm! On mine,the sauce was dry and the”meatballs” salty. Kudos,the beer was cold and the server was very good!! Next time, pizzas and beer perhaps but stay away from the pasta!!

we spent the past wednesday afternoon in Campioni, food was amazing as well as the service. Bruschettas are delicious and pizzas even better, our waitress naomi was accurate with the recomandations and very courteous. Worth the visit!!

The Bruschettas Campioni is a masterpiece!

Man, what a find. Someone in the park recommended this place and specifically to get the Bruschettas Campioni, a food marvel made into a tower with ricotta and cream cheese and prosciutto and/or salmon. That alone makes this restaurant a destination in itself. They also have greats salads and I am sure great pizzas. Go here!

Best place in town!!!

Server Joe was really polite and an excellent server. 20/10 cocktails!!! Those Pizza Dough Knots are 100% recommended. Had a Maragara and a Caribbean Mule (will include pictures). If you like your mule really spicy, this is the place to go. Again, Joe is a really great bartender and server!!!

Great pizza and appetizers in a cool location in old Ponce.

I've been here twice while traveling for work and love this establishment. The pizza's are thin crust in a variety of delicious combinations. I highly recommend the Chorizo in wine sauce appetizer. The staff are friendly, the local beer is cold and the local women are beautiful to admire. Skip the expensive hotel meals and enjoy the local Puerto Rican fare. 👍👍👍👍👍

First time I go and it was really GOOD. I didn't taste the pizzas but the Risotto with chicken breast was delicious. I'll be back another time to try the pizzas. Good atmosphere, attentive waiters, fast and reasonable prices. RECOMMENDED!

Amazing Experience

My partner and I went because it was highly recommended especially service from Dayanara( bartender). Her drinks were exceptional my girlfriend loved all the margaritas she made for her. The service and attention to detail and satisfaction was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this especially service from Dayanara.
