I start this review with accolades to our wonderful server Kerniss. The meal we had was enjoyed in a fabulous setting on the water of Rodney Bay. Tapas for starters very good followed by our entrees and a Traditional Caribbean Bread pudding ....all were fabulous.

We arrived as rain arrived and moved seats. It was a Sunday so limited options but it is a good setting with views of marina. We chatted to an Indian businessman on a nearby table and the waiting staff were charming. They did forget one...More

My wife and I were in the mood for flavorful, but not overfilling, dinner and wisely chose Tapas On The Bay. We had a table right at the edge of the deck overlooking the bay. A nice breeze complimented the calming view. The service was...More

Hi Andrea, thanks for taking the time to review. I'm sorry that your experience was not what you were expecting. We try to follow the traditional Mediterranean approach to Tapas, which of course means small plates of food. There is a tendency, especially in the...More

We shared some tapas and the paella. Both were very good. The atmosphere was quaint with a colonial feel. The young female singer was excellent but somewhat drowned out by the noise from next door. After dinner we were invited to sit inside and enjoy...More

Hi Bill, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the overall experience, and we do apologise that our neighbours felt the need to encroach on your evening with their noise. This is something that we are aware of, and...More

We had a lovely night at the tapas, there was a large group of about 14 people and we ordered off a set tapas menu. The food was all really good and plenty of it, along with faultless service, I will definetly be going back.

If you are looking for something light and diverse, try this place. Really nice choices for apps and great drinks. Atmosphere is A+ . We watched fish jumping in the bay 50 feet from our table.

Description
With its Spanish-inspired decor and menu of 'little dishes from around the world', Tapas On The Bay is tucked into a breezy corner of Rodney Bay marina lagoon, where a steady breeze blows across the calm waters and cools its spacious covered deck. The long, Soufriere stone clad bar is perfect for enjoying a quick lunch or dinner, and the secluded location makes Tapas On The Bay a great place to relax and chill out. Taking traditional tapas as a base, Chef Rosie incorporates Caribbean and international influences, creating innovative new bite-sized dishes with local ingredients and flavours, serving them on sharing platters for a very social eating experience. There are also plenty of delicious entrees and yummy desserts to round out the menu. Throw in some excellent wines, three different types of sangria and boozy cocktails by the jug, and Tapas On The Bay could be your next favourite dining spot in Saint Lucia.
