It was right at the bottom of our mountain drive and at the beginning of the main small town of soufriere. Very quaint . The restaurant is small but all done in original island wood. We had great service but the meal was a little slow. It was also nice to sit and look at the flowers and the pool... More

We had a few cocktails / beers here. And also when I put my foot on a sea urchin when snorkelling, the staff were very kind and helpful.

Not worth the rave. We were told this is a very romantic restaurant but experienced one of the worst services here. Our waitress was rarely around and the food was not impressive. We also had to ask for our check at least 3 times. Also, not a good place for deserts...they only had ice cream.

We visited the Hummingbird after going to see the botanical garden. the restaurant had just opened for dinner however the staff were friendly and happy to seat us. Two main meals, one fruit juice and two beers cost $52. The portion sizes we good, and there was good presentation. The main draw is the beautiful view of the Pitons as... More

We ate here one evening, arriving in time to enjoy the humming birds around the pool over drinks. Service was friendly and we both enjoyed our meal.

We had a very nice early dinner last night. The surf and turf was a filet (not like the filet in America but just as tasty and tender) which was cooked properly. One diner had the conch which excellent!

In St Lucia for a two week holiday and decided to try the hummingbird restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has a very nice setting, tables set out under the stars with a view of the sea and the piton mountains. Staff are very friendly and the food was very good and plentiful. After dinner sat around the bar drinking cocktails.... More

Ate here at sunset on a Sunday, when other options were limited. Fair prices for drinks and food. I ordered a salad and fish cakes (app) as an entree, but both came out first. The chef offered to split my husband's entree (Catch of the day - Tuna) for both of us to enjoy. It came out on full plates... More

This restaurant was recommended as providing a genuine island experience. I suppose on that score it lived up to expectations. Although it is not large and there were open tables we were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time so as not to "overwhelm" the kitchen. I ordered a drink with lime while waiting which came, with apologies, with a... More
