MY experience may not be good representation of the general quality of the food because I only ever get the same meal every single time (grilled chicken with steamed veggies and raw salad). And it's always super delicious. In terms of affordability - can't get any better. An entire whole leg plus salad and veggies all for $12. The full meals are also equally affordable. I can't judge the quality of any other item on the menu but my friend have enjoyed their meals as well. Only complaint would probably be the customer service. The food does take some time especially during peak lunch hour (which is expected) and the staff seem kinda flustered. You have to ask several times if the food is almost ready with little to no response. The ladies working there aren't rude or unpleasant, but they're definitely not the friendliest either - no smiles, no interaction, just take your order, deposit your food on the table and that's it until you leave. So if you don't really care for interaction with the ladies, or you plan to just just come in, order, seat yourself, wait patiently for food to arrive, eat, pay and get out, then you'll probably have a great experience because the food is definitely worth it.

We stopped here a few times for lunch, the staff is exceptionally pleasant, and made a dish not on menu especially for my pregnant vegetarian wife.
The prices are good and the portion size is large.
Although they do not accept credit cards. Cash only.
Menu is in EC dollar (local currency). There is minimal parking but it’s easy to get to.
Bathroom is basic but clean-ish.
Not fancy but nice quaint place.

While Fedo’s is considered a local restaurant, the menu has lots of options from traditional to ‘fast food’ like burgers and fries. Fedo’s was our go to place over a 2week stay in Soufriere. We enjoyed, Creole chicken, burgers, and every fish dish they offered. If Kingfish is available that day, it’s a must have the Fish in garlic lime butter is delicious. Nothing fancy, but the food is delicious and the prices reasonable. Be sure to try whatever local juice they’re serving that day, tamarind was our favorite. Note, they typically close by 3pm or 5pm some days. Some dishes sell out early so the later you go sometimes the selection is limited.

I do not know enough if they offer local food or not but I love all food we get: grilled fish and fried chicken. Really low price for the region (28 for three very fulfilling meals + beer + water) especially given I eat at hotels which are really expensive. Get here as part of the tour and think good money for the food.

We went in for lunch on a recommendation from our hotel, and I'm glad we did. There was a large party in already, the phone didn't stop ringing while we were there, and there was a steady stream of custom - a good sign (I'd be suspicious if there was no other custom). We were driven there by taxi so I can't comment on parking.
The staff seated us quickly and turned on a fan above the table - it was very warm outside. We ordered a shrimp creole, which we did have to wait 30 mins for because they were so busy, and they did apologise when it arrived, and it was definitely worth the wait. The meal was delicious, washed down with a couple of Pitons.
The bill comes with the price in both US$ and EC$ - they quickly corrected me when I paid the price for one in the currency of the other, so pay attention when you get the bill.
I would recommend Fedo's as a place to eat in Soufriere.

after a long hike of gros piton, we were starving and thankfully fedos was still open. even though it is grab and go right now (indoor dining not back yet), we brought back 3 platters back to our resort and thoroughly enjoyed their chicken curry, grilled fish, and shrimp in garlic butter sauce.
hard to pick which one was our favorite - all great!
only thing we missed out on was their roti, which all the locals said to try, but sells out early! next time we visit, we will def make sure to get there early for that!

We had excellent fish dinner there for like $10US.
it's about 10 min walk from the centre of town (Sufriere). find on google or ask for directions. We lived closed by at Frenz so it was so conveninent to go there for lunch or dinner.

Stopped on our tour after the mud baths and waterfall. They are grab and go only right now but definitely worth the trip!! The Chicken Curry Roti was fabulous and a BIG portion. That was 9EC and I didn’t need a side. It wasn’t too spicy, but very flavorful. They also had burgers and some sandwiches for others not wanting such local fare. Would definitely recommend.

Had chicken curry, fish creole, both good. Chicken & fries, grilled fish & fries, not quite as good perhaps, but the fries were hot & crispy
Food was reasonable. Meals for 2 including a soft drink were 12-15 GBP

It's out of the way if you're staying in central Soufriere, but it's not much of a detour if you're heading to Diamond Botanical Gardens. Even though it's off the beaten path on a residential neighborhood and not fancy, it still attracts lots of tourists and locals. We had a huge beef roti and a fish sandwich with creole sauce and fries, and everything was tasty and freshly prepared.

Simple, spotlessley clean, family run resaurant in Soufriere. Had chicken and beef roti. Totally a new experience for us and so, so good!!! Vegetables and chicken of beef cooked under a flatbread type pastry crust, with curry. Deliciousness on a plate. HUGE portion. So good we ate it all. Sweet place to stop by for a bite

My wife and I visited Sugar Beach on the 21st of July to the 26th of July and decided to try some local foods. One of the staff members suggested that we try Fedo's, a nearby local restaurant where many of the staff eat meals. So, we made arrangements and had our taxi driver take us there. The place is small with no A/C, but the two ladies that work inside are very sweet and helpful. My wife ordered the curry chicken and I had the curry fish and when I tell you the flavors that this food had were out of this world, I would not be exaggerating one bit. My wife's chicken was so moist, she said it melted in her mouth. My fish was also amazing, along with the coleslaw, rice and beans, macaroni and cheese, and veggies. This food was so amazing, we had it delivered to our villa 3 days later. So please, if you're staying at the Sugar Beach Resort, you must visit Fedo's and enjoy the love that they put into these local dishes.

We really enjoyed this restaurant for lunch. Our server remembered us when we came back a couple of days later. The fish burgers (watch for small bones) and hamburgers were good. We liked the chicken creole and roti dishes but they are a lot of food for lunch. Also, the roti has bones in it which was a little surprising since it is like a huge wrap.

Tasty food and cold drinks! We asked our driver to recommend a place for a late lunch before we headed to the beach and we weren’t disappointed. We even saw our tour guides stop by picking up food-local favorite spot.
Recommend the grilled fish. Our table also ordered the fried chicken and fried fish, both tasty-fried is pan/home fried style with a very light breading (not your typical KFC 😆).
Left with full stomachs and smiling faces!

We heard from three different people the greatness of Fedo's, so we of course had to try it. My partner and I each got a burger and fries, and after about a ten minute wait, they served us the meal in a to-go bag (no dining available) and we smashed those burgers. Very delicious and filling, would definitely recommend! They do not take card, so have USD or EC available if you want to try it.
