Went here a couple mornings for baked goods for our large group, everything we tried was very good and the chocolate croissants were so fresh and flaky! Also the fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious! The staff could not make change for two $20 bills our change was $9.50 not sure why we were not paying with large bills seemed... More

The pastries are tasty IF you get them fresh. One thing I don't like its the pre- made sandwiches which they warm after you've ordered. I prefer them freshly made. Other than that its a nice place for coffee and french pastries.

We stopped in at the Taste Factory for a tea and snack while coming back from a drive to Cupecoy. It's bright and airy with both deep comfy chairs or standard tables and chairs to sit in. Glass cases on two sides of the room are overflowing with everything from sandwiches to salads, quiches, flaky pastries, cakes and more. Behind... More

We stopped in for a treat and a beverage at The Taste Factory in Simpson's Bay SXM on our latest visit. It was late afternoon so in some ways we were lucky that most of the selection hhad been pared down. The selection can be overwhelming and cause you to over do it. There are many glass cabinets stretching along... More

We love their cake and quiche selection, but NYC prices. Beignets are excellent The curry chicken sandwich was unfortunately not at all spicy, stick with the French side for this

We found the best bakeries were in the French part of the island (e.g., Marigot). This was the only Dutch bakery we could find. It was pricey, and the service was grudging. It's close to the airport, and plentiful parking in the lot next door.

We ate breakfast here and enjoyed it. My husband got the standard eggs, bacon, etc. I got a breakfast crepe. The best thing we got though was the "ben yay". Don't know how to spell it. We learned to reserve them the day before for pick up the following morning. If we didn't do that, they were usually all gone... More

Everything is delicious. I love the almond croissant and I get it everyday for a week while I am here. I prefer the almond croissant without the chocolate. The torsade chocolate, napoleons, turkey sandwich, baguettes, mini croissants, brioche and pineapple tarts are all excellent.
