Walked by this restaurant so many times but could never get in. Made a reservation this time, and I’m glad I did. Place was jammed which is usually a good sign. Place was clean and we were greeted warmly by the owner. The waitstaff and...sommelier were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The drinks, wine, appetizers, and entrees were all delicious and well portioned. Price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend.More

Best restaurant I have ever been to in St Martin. The service was second to none and the French Onion Soup was unbelievable. I hat the Cornish Hen that was served with the bones removed and was super tasty!!

Our party of ten enjoyed a delicious dinner at L’Auberge! This is the place to be for classic French cuisine. The restaurant is cozy and charming located on a busy, vibrant street in the center of Grand Case. Once seated you are presented with a...complimentary glass of champagne! Such a nice touch! The waitstaff provide 5-star impeccable & friendly service. We began with the foie gras ravioli special, garlicky escargots and onion soup, all a must. Our group then savored dover sole, (de-boned tableside), stuffed quail, rack of lamb, veal chop, sea bass, lobster and duck. All dishes were exceptional and beautifully presented. Thank you Pascal for making my friend’s birthday special & for making our last night in SXM a memorable evening!More

The place has ambience and the staff adds character. Some dishes were exceptional but others were rather pedestrian if you are a bit of a foodie. Based on other reviews here, we thought this was going to be one of the best dinners we were...going to experience. Unfortunately, it ended up at the bottom of our list because of what we perceived as a lack of consistency.More

Impeccable service. Server and even owner were attentive. Server's advice was dead on. Patio dining was lovely; street noise was worth it. The food was amazing. All four of us loved our appetizers and entrees (grouper and duck). Only miss was the glass of white...wine. The chocolate and special apple tart desserts were wonderful. There aren't enough superlatives for this restaurant.More

Best filet I have ever had! Everything was perfection. From the starter champagne to the elegant appetizer of goat cheese, to the main course bursting with flavor and divine to the eyes, to the triple chocolate dessert recommended by Pasquale, all the way to the...ending banana rum shot at the end.More

Great, one of my old time favorites for over 20 years. Love their dover sole, best I have ever had! Rack of lamb is excellent as well. Seared scallops and profiteroles excellent as well. Wine selection excellent. I would strongly recommend a recommendation for their...second seating if you want to have a leisurely meal. Don't miss this gem.More

Every morsel we were served was some of the most delicious French food I’ve had the luck to eat! This is a DO NOT MISS restaurant, as far as I’m concerned. The best onion soup, not pictured, as well as the most wonderful baked Alaska…I’d...travel from Canada for just these two items.More
