Ordered the chicken roti, and it turned up and was made out of the cheapest cuts of chicken and was FULL of gristle......told the waiter and they eventually reduced by only 10%. After much discussion they took it off the bill but still charged full service charge....the owner manager told me I was not welcome back.... cannot begin to understand... More

We were guided by our transportation company. The food is crazy priced ($24 for plain pizza) and up from there. The bad part was the food was mediocre at best and terrible service. This was our first dinner in BVI and not a good start.

The advantage of being at the Moorings base is there is a constant stream of new guests, unfortunately it means they can get away with mediocre food and service. Beautiful setting looking out over the marina and towards the cruise ship pier. Two of us Arrived early for dinner, we went to the table and ordered a bottle of wine... More

Went here for an evening meal which was lovely, our only non-caribbean meal of the trip - we opted for Italian dishes. The restaurant was not very busy and the service could have been been a little smarter. I have marked this down on service and dimness, i would like clearer sight of my food at night please. Good night... More

I have tried Charlie's twice now. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch was okay because it was quiet, but prepare to wait a long time even when it's empty. Dinner was atrocious. My wife and I waited 45 minutes before anyone bothered take a drink order. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the floor manager just stood watching... More

My husband and I had a very romantic evening while looking out into the mooring marina bay and enjoying a wonderful Lobster dinner. Eric was a great server with amazing service.

We ordered lobsters, the taste was delicious, and the cooking amazing because the texture of the meat was tender and soft, perfect! The plate was accompanied with roasted potatoes and salad. The potatoes were tasty but I didn't like the salad, the dressing shall have more garlic, vinager, olive oil, etc The service was good and the location is beautiful!

Charlies is just after the Moorings check in/customer service desk at the start of 'A' Dock. We had dinner twice in this restaurant and were not disappointed. The restaurant is generally on 'Island Time' which is the way it should be if you are sailing around the BVIs. I enjoyed the slower pace. Do not expect New York quick. The... More

We had a pleasant meal at Charlie's with friends. Food wasn't particularly good but it rarely is at Marina restaurants. A pleasant place to eat as the views are good.
