Every year we go to Island Pot as a main staple for our Virgin Gorda holiday. The ribs, cole slaw and mac and cheese are wonderful. On request, they made curried goat for some of our dinner companions. They said it was fabulous and a very generous portion. It's BYO as well. Al was cooking for us.

We eat there a lot and everything is out of this world! Ribs, chicken, pig tail, fish, cow hoof soup and great Caribbean style slaw and more. It's open air seating so it doesn't look like much, but don't judge it by the appearance. The ribs and extremely tender , the meat falls off the bone and the BBQ sauce... More

After getting off the ferry we stopped for a take out on our way to where we were staying. This is our fifth time in VG and we went at the recommendation of friends who happened to catch the same ferry. Not only did we get great food but met a wonderful family who owns and runs the place. Island... More

After a long day of travel and stop at Bucks for groceries we grabbed some meals to go. We had been to island pot on our previous visit to VG and remembered that the food was great. I had not remembered how inexpensive it was relative to everything else here. Pretty sure you can't find a half rack or ribs... More

Our second trip to Virgin Gorda, but our first time to Island Pot. It was in the middle of the Easter Monday celebration and we ordered a bunch of carryout. It was all delicious and the people working there were super friendly! Definitely will be back next time we are on the island!

I find that where the locals go is a good indication of a place to try. I have had take out from Island Pot several times over the last few years. I always get the ribs, they are finger licking good and fall off the bone. We usually get take out but you can also eat there. They have chicken,... More

We heard about this place and decided to try it, especially since they do take-out. We placed orders for 8 meals and in about 15 minutes we had our food and headed back to our Villa. The selections vary each day and so do the sides. A white board tells you what they have. All main entrees are grilled right... More

WOW. We have driven by Island Pot for 10 years and FINALLY stopped for a lunch. We were quite impressed. I had chicken roti without bones (they carefully helped with removing the bones.) My husband enjoyed the ribs. Great portions, sides, and great prices. Very friendly service!

Thanks to Island Pot for making our stay on VG that much better! We went to I.P our first night there on Saturday, and took ribs, chicken, slaw, mac-n-cheese, scalloped potatoes, mixed veggies & potato salad back to our villa for a family feast. We loved it so much we went back for our 2nd night, but found they were... More

Four of us enjoyed a delicious meal barbecued ribs and chicken with wonderful potatoe salad and cole slaw. If you want a tasty inexpensive meal served by a delightful staff, this is the place. No frills just good food. Oh yes, BYOB, soda, jusices and water are available.
