We walked down to La Plage the evening we arrived in Bequia, as it was close to our villa, and we were pleased we did so. We each had a huge burger and chips plus drinks on their terrace on Lower Bay Beach. We watched the sun go down, and the setting was superb. The food and service were excellent,... More

We ate twice at La Plage and enjoyed marvellous food and charming service on both occasions. There is an excellent choice of both French dishes( boeuf bourguignon, onion soup, creme brule) and Caribbean favourites, such as callalou soup, with a special mention for their ways with tuna, a tartare and a perfectly judged medium-rare fillet. A most welcome experience after... More

We stay near La Plague & eat there at least weekly. The food is a step above local cuisine. Service is always excellent and everyone is friendly! This restaurant exceeds most on the island.

Found a gem of a place in La Plage as it is now known. Great people and atmosphere. Food has been great with good service. We have sat at the bar whiling away the hours taking about the history of the islands and how things are now. We will be back as soon as we can.

On the beach at Lower Bay. The main restaurant is across the road, with a smaller deck right on the beach. Although a little pricier than other places on Lower Bay, we found it had the best food. It was quiet when we were there, staff was attentive and helpful. What we ordered ranged from burgers to Callalloo and Conch,... More

I took a nice walk and hike all the way from the harbour and over some hill sides to get to this beautiful spot. This is one of the best places to eat when you are in Bequia so don't leave without going there at least once! The restaurant is now called La Plage and there are many tables with... More

La Plage has very good food and the service was excellent. About a 20 minute walk from the ferry dock to La Plage and it is well worth it. My wife had the fish and chips and I had a burger. Both meals were just as ordered. We are here in the off season so the setting was extra quiet.... More

The food was so good we went there twice during our one night stay on Bequia. We stayed at Keegans Beach Side so it was a nice stroll to get there. I had the Fish Burger (both times) and my boyfriend had the Curry Conch with Rice and then the Fish burger the second day. My only negative would be... More
