The menu is a delicious look at what is offered at this Port of Spain restaurant. It includes Trini stews, creoles and curries. The wait staff is helpful in describing the offerings and flavors. I was with a colleague and we shared a starter, entree...More

The flavors and quality of the dishes on the menu here are brilliant. If you want to try top notch Caribbean Creole food - this is the best place to go!

The food was unique, with local Trinidad food and wonderful, the service was warm and friendly and the environment was Trinidad at it's best. Well worth it.

Let me first say that I never particularly liked this venue when it was other restaurants. But the designer for Chaud Creole has attempted to open up the space and warm it up with a cheerful palette. This was a great choice for Sunday Brunch...More

I visited Chaud Creole last night 21.04.2011with a friend as it was her birthday and she had first choice of venue. Local creole food is substantially affordable anywhere else on this island, so of course when CH Creole opened, I know I was anxious to...More
