with Bugaloos, one of two beach bars you must try when visiting Provo. right on the beach,. great rum punches--order them individually, not by the pitcher as they get watered down sitting in the pitcher. really good fried shrimp. and excellent mac and cheese

We really enjoyed dinner at da Conch Shack. It's a little out of the way which adds to its appeal. It was fairly quiet while we were there due to less than spectacular weather but could tell there would be times when it would be busier. We had Creole conch and blackened grouper with potent rum punches. All were excellent.

Honestly this place is great went for some live music, dancing and limbo on Wednesday and had a blast! The rum punch in very strong, all the drinks are. There is a good bunch of tables on the sand, so it can be a little uncomfortable, I was on a slope. The food and drinks distract from this. The jerk... More

Taking our "Conch Tour" around the island figured we had to try the shack (exactly what it is) after reading all the reviews. Started with the conch fritters which were good. Also had the Conch Salad which was well seasoned but conch was a little tough, at least compared to Bugaloos. Conch Chowder was good but could have been a... More

Stopped in late afternoon for a rum punch after a trip to Malcolm Beach. Sat at a table on the beach with our toes in the sand and watched a demonstration of shelling a conch. It was a fun a lively atmosphere and everyone around us was having a nice time. Had some yummy conch fritters.

Spent 7 days on Provo with 3 other couples and da Conch Shack was my favorite meal. We went to more fancy restaurants but the food is was just as good if not better. What made this my favorite was the service. It was friendly, genuine, and quick. They talked with us and shared many interesting facts about their growing... More

The servers are friendly. It was probably the fastest service we received at any restaurant on the island. The guys and burgers and loved them. There is a spice they put in the burgers that really make them special. Since it was a windy afternoon so we took one of the back tables and the view was awesome. Bring a... More

Though the restaurant could use a little upkeep, the fish tacos were amazing and the service was excellent!

Wonderful late lunch stop after a fun morning at Taylor beach. We had wings, conch fritters and drinks.our son had the chicken fingers and fries which were also fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and just fun to talk to. We will definitely be back. Our 6 year old ended up playing on the beach with another local boy for almost... More

One of the worst $200 dinners I can imagine. Terrible service, cold bland food- all 4 entrees, and all served in a run down shack. Really, don't bother. You also have to add the 80 dollar cab fare to get out here as well. Many better options on the strip. Even next door would be a better option.
