The Hotel is great and the restaurant is located near the pool. But the menu is limited, the service slow, and the Angus steak full of gristle and tough. Try the shrimp and ribs though.

A beautiful setting, attentive service and an imaginative and innovative menu. Perhaps too imaginative and innovative since the night we were there, two different couples came in, sat down, looked at the menu and left. Their mistake. Besides the regular menu is a daily fish special and Chef Joseph is the Maestro of Jerk. To be fair, you should request... More

I heard that Joseph the new executive chef made fantastic jerk chicken. I don't really eat chicken being more of a fish and beef guy. I asked Joseph if he would make it for me -- it's not on the menu. He obliged. OMG. It was exquisite. The chicken was moist even the white meat. He gave us three different... More

We have been to the Atlantic Grill many times over the past four years, and we've normally had decent food. We felt the overall caliber had declined a bit recently - until we met the new executive chef - Joseph on our most recent visit. He is a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated professional who cares deeply about the food he... More

We stayed at West Bay Club recently & had 2 lunches here. Both meals were excellent! Prices are very reasonable, there is a nice menu variety, service was very good, & I love how they cook your meal in the open-air kitchen. Our first lunch here was the day we checked in. I had the spinach salad with goat cheese,... More

I am not really a potatoes at breakfast person but these were fantastic. They are covered in herbs and quite spicy. They were outstanding. I had the spicy Caribbean burrito. It was good. Service was fast, attentive and friendly. James was great.

My coconut chicken dish was a bit salty. I didn't get any rice with it when I asked a random waiter I was told the salad was my side item. Then the regular waiter brought me some rice half way through the meal. It wasn't anything special but I did enjoy a great margarita at the bar. Might have been... More

I love the menu here. You can have rack of lamb, a burger, or a fish taco. All were prepared well and we were surprised with how good the food was. The prices are modest for Provo and I will eat here again.

I have stayed at the west bat club for three times now and I always eat my lunch here. When most people say it was so expensive it is only because of the drinks. The cocktails are a lot of money but if you choose good looking food, it is good. I never have left there wanting more to eat... More

My wife and I were staying at the West Bay Club where this is located and we had dinner there the first night. Had a grilled shrimp appetizer which was good, but my jerked pork chop was overcooked and my wife's shrimp linguini was very average. With two cocktails, the meal was $130 with tip; far too expensive in my... More
