Kitchen 218 is the place to be when you go to Turks the best seafood restaurant in the TCI. I had the "Fish your way" which gave me the opportunity to choose my own fish and how I wanted it prepared and of course I had the grilled salmon which was the awesome 🍽.

We ate at Kitchen 218, Evanson was our server and was fabulous! Our food was just amazing! From the appetizer to beef and reef, followed up with toffee pudding. This was a great first impression at this restaurant.

True fine dining. Great preparation and assortment of appetizers and entrees. The head chef had recently arrived from the Cayman's and was extremely gracious to us as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. A bit pricey but well worth it!

We dined at Kitchen 218 for dinner. Delicious food with impeccable service. Our waiter Evanson was very kind and attentive--constantly checking into make sure we were enjoying our meal. Even the hostess kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The Tuna Tartare and Berry Tart are both must have items! The Fish was fresh and had... More

We had been to Kitchen 218 before and were surprised to find a new chef this time around. Chef Jason Heath surprised us from beginning till end. Next a great atmosphere in the restaurant, the food was outstanding through all 3 courses that we ate. The seafood bisque appetizer, partly prepared at the table, was to die for.

This review is for our dinner experience here. It is a beautiful outdoor setting. Menu items are intriguing, however, we found the execution of dishes a little lacking. Our server, Shireen (sp?) was wonderful and we would have liked to try another meal, but time ran short.

Kitchen 218 is nestled in the heart of the Beach House resort right by the beautifully lit pool. The service was good. Decent wine menu and the food was very good. Relaxing environment, was not rushed.

We dined here 1/31/17. We had a very enjoyable experience. Our server was James a very nice young man. It was a nice way to spend our last night on the island.
