We jumped off the plane and went straight to big Al's for the best most delicious burgers on the block. I read the reviews on trip advisor and knew we had to try for ourselves. The meet was insane and definitely one of the best burgers we've ever had. We also had a shrimp salad that was to die for.... More

Try the Big Al burger - 12 oz of perfectly cooked beef in a large soft bun with all the fixin's - it is as good a burger as I've had anywhere in the USA. A 50's style diner, with a beautiful and tasty veggie burger that my wife inhaled (although I beat her with my quick work of the... More

I loved getting a quick bite to eat or a heavy meal here, you can honestly have it all. The burgers are cooked to perfection and you can choose exactly what you want because it's not made from the freezer! I highly recommend that if you want some main land food this is the place to go.

We came here for lunch before a ride with Provo Ponies. The inside smelled overwhelmingly like disinfectant/cleaner, so we opted to sit outside. We got two different burgers, both of which was tasty and juicy. Very solid food and we would totally come back again on our next trip! After all, you can only eat so much conch :) The... More

Was staying close to Big Al and we are glad we found that place a few hours after we arrive since they offer take out and very good food. We have Hamburger, Ribs, and Jerky Chicken there all of which were quite good.

Stopped here for a late lunch. It was not busy and the burgers were very tasty. The mango smoothie had great flavor. One comment - i ordered the A1 burger and it wasn't until I was finished that I realized they had not put on the bacon!

While walking around the shopping district at Provo, it was lunch time and we were recommended by one of the store’s personnel to go eat at Al’s. We were glad we did. I loved the 3-2-1 burger with fries, along with a chicken Caesar salad with soft drinks and dessert for about $50.00US with tip. It is centrally located and... More

Big Al's Island Grill is now open in Salt Mills Plaza. The restaurant made its grand opening in November, and offers a delicious variety of burgers and other entrees. The decor is that of a 50's diner, and will bring you down a trip through memory lane with its checkerboard design and red accents. Though the restaurant is the "new kid on the block," owner Doug Camozzi is not new to the restauranteur business. He is also the owner and manager of The Green Bean Cafe in Turtle Cove. Doug opened Big Al's Island Grill in honor of his father, a seasoned restauranteur himself, running successful businesses in San Francisco. On the Menu Big Al's offers quite a unique selection of burgers including their New Mexican Burger, the Sicilian Burger and the Smashed Onion. Fries are offered in shoestring, krinkle or waffle cut. Burgers are not the only meals you will find at Big Al's. Don't miss out on their wraps and salads, grilled chicken, fish or steak options. Gluten-free and vegetarian choices are available too. If you think you can take on a challenge, try the Slider Challenge at Big Al's. If you can finish the meal within 30 minutes, you get a free t-shirt. Be sure to stop by and visit Big Al's Island Grill if in the Grace Bay area.
