About as close to perfect as you can get for a beachfront place. I am not a big fan of mixed drinks but their limen with da coconut drink was out of sight as a frozen drink. The wahoo or mahi fish tacos are cooked just right and seasoned with a herbal dressing. The Jamaican jerk pork was perfectly spiced for a light but tangy effect. Service was much better than usual at a bar outdoor restaurant and prices reasonable for the waterfront setting. Enjoy the sun and surf almost at your feet.

This place was slammed on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Our group of six all tried different cocktails, beers, and entrees. Among them were tacos, hamburger, veggie burger, vegan burger, fried shrimp, and a chicken sandwich. Everyone was very pleased with the food. Because we had a larger party, the bill was not split for us—which is fine—but we were charged for an extra entree and the friend who grabbed the bill didn’t notice. I can’t really fault the restaurant/server because it could’ve been an honest mistake.

Lunch here with wife and 2 teens was terrific. Fresh seafood (wahoo tacos) and flavorful chicken and pork Everyone left here full and happy. Service was friendly and surprisingly fast. This is the only place during our stay that would rate a second visit

We had such a wonderful and personable experience with Jill horseback riding today. She was very knowledgeable of all the surrounding plant life and history along the trail. As an experienced rider, I was really appreciative that she allowed us to trot and canter through terrain that was safe for the horses. Our ride was 2 hours and included the forest, the ocean, and even sampling some local fruit off of the trees on her property. Our horses, Sushi and Bucky, had very calm, easy going personalities. We could not have asked for a better island horseback riding experience!

For their 2 hot dog entry at $9.00; They give you one hot dog and cut it in half and call that 2 hot dogs. On top of that they cut a piece off the end of it and it fit inside a regular sized hot dog bun. We all are feeling inflation now, but along with being pathetic, it is false advertising

Really nice setting, casual location, but the best part are the daily specials. Fish tacos are superb. Dogs are allowed, if well-behaved.
The service is efficient, but not welcoming, unfortunately.
It is right next door to the beach, with umbrellas and equipment for rent. It is always crowded and avoid it on cruise ship days--impossible to get served.

Somehow this place became our go to spot for food and post diving beverages. Delicious Mahi bites, sandwiches, tacos, and surprisingly...Tuna Tartar made this an easy choice. Not to mention the perfect margaritas. Most places make them too sweet or skimp on the Tequila. I'm happy to report that Rhythms is both generous with their pours and they strike the right balance with the other ingredients.
After a week on the island, coming in for a bite and a drink and having consistent quality every time, was like going to your favorite neighborhood spot.
Do check it out, you won't regret it.

We enjoy going to Rhythms on every St Croix trip. They hands down serve THE BEST Lime in the Coconut frozen drinks on island! Great fish tacos, Mahi bites, and jerk pork. Waitresses give great service & are friendly. Food served up quickly & hot. Generous portions and great value. Consistently good for the 5 years, 12 trips we've been there & enjoyed.

Very simply Rhythms food can be very good, but there is always a risk. I had the jerk pork tacos and they were very good, but my wife was lured in by the word Lobster, got these tacos. Big risk little reward. These tacos should come with a magnifying glass because that’s the only way you are going to find any lobster.

We stopped here after spending the day on Fredericksted side. We started with the mahi bites-yummy! Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and I had hotdogs on pretzel buns had mine with onion rings. Must be we enjoyed what we had as we didn't share as we usually do. Also, fun to watch the beach and people enjoying themselves. We'll go back!

We stopped at Rhythms on a rainy day for lunch by the water. Unbelievably our waitress had waited on us the year before when we were on the island. We each ordered a frozen cocktail and then lunch. The mahi-mahi tacos were great! Burger and mahi sandwiches were also good. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. Each sandwich came with a choice of a side. Prices were reasonable and service was great.

Bring bug spray. If it's calm, you will be eaten alive by no-see-ums.
Tried the Jerk Pork, the blackened Mahi, and the Grouper fish'n chips. The Grouper Fish 'n Chip was AWESOME. Full flavored and flaky and moist and ensconced in a very crispy beer batter. 5/5!! The Jerk Pork was spicy and tender. May be a bit hot for delicate palates.
The daily special "Blackened Mahi with two sides" was a big disappointment. The steak was very thick and ended up way overcooked and tough. The spices were non-existent and resulted in a dry and tasteless piece of fibrous protein...Yuch. The steak needed to be 1/2 the thickness and grilled faster.
The FRENCH FRIES... freshly hand cut and very good.

This is the typical beach bar/restaurant you want in the Caribbean. DH, my two kids and I were hanging out mid-day on Rainbow Beach recently. DH and I grabbed a round of drinks from Rhythms - a painkiller and a Lime in Da Coconut - for the beach, which was perfect. Afterwards, we all walked over to Rhythms for lunch. We started with the jerk mahi bites for an appetizer, which were very tasty. For lunch, both kids had the friend shrimp and fries, I had the jerk chicken sandwich and DH had the jerk pork tacos. Everything was tasty, but the tacos were excellent.
I would definitely come back to Rhythms for lunch. It's right on the beach, has nice views, and tasty food. You can't go wrong.

A bar and restaurant located just north of Frederiksted, easy access (Parking can be a chore at peak times). Serves the beach crowd with a variety of tropical style drinks, standards, beer, etc. The food is “American style” decently made, Mahi Bites are a solid choice as is the Wahoo taco - nothing to write home about, but the location is fabulous for sunset watching. A lively place with a mixed crowd, service can be a bit iffy at peak times, but that shouldn’t stop from a visit.

The Mahi bites, caramelized cauliflower and sweet potato fries are so so good! The restaurant sits right on the water. You can't beat the view. I will say the service was a little disappointing this time (we ate there once and ordered to go once). Not sure if it was just a day or a person, but it seemed like there were a couple of other tables not happy either. Definitely put this on your list when visiting the island!
