It's a few blocks off the beaten path nut not more than a 10 minute walk from the cruise terminal. Had conch fritters and plantain for an afternoon snack. Really enjoyable. Would visit again and recommend it. Seems to be a genuine local place.

Stopped here on food tour - had conch fritters, chicken, rice, macaroni and cheese - the chicken was my favorite!! All the food was really good, my husband and I went back the next day but unfortunately they were closed (Sunday).

The owners of this restaurant do not want your business and do not care about common courtesy. The service is horrible. It is more worthwhile to take your money elsewhere where your business is actually appreciated. There are only two servers and they don't care...More

We visited Bahamian Cookin' at 3pm on a Monday afternoon for a late lunch. We hadn't planned where to eat and after seeing a sign we walked up to find it. It's quite dark inside, but it's a welcome break when the sun is beating...More

We stopped here last month while we were in port. They were getting ready to close soon. However, they were more than happy to accommodate us. I would go there again if I am ever in town again.

Yes, conch salads looks like ceviche. They have lobster salads, steamed fishes, BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, rice and peas. I will post pictures.
