Not sure what his secret is, but Ben's Caesar Salad may be the best in the world! We were lucky to find lion fish on the menu, which was prepared tempura and served over a bed of baby greens with a light Asian dressing. Yum! He has added some outdoor seating. My family stopped for dinner on a night that they were only serving a fixed menu and it was very pricey. At first, the bartender/owner was very friendly and accommodating. Ben has earned my personal Best Chef on Exuma Award! His Caesar Salad is fabulous, his grilled fish perfectly seared and flaky. My husband usually orders a pasta dish and it is always great. Ask Ben if he can make Conch Fettucini Alfredo for you! The conch is tender and the sauce light, not the pasty stuff you are often... More
