Lovely unassuming cafe in the up and coming area. Ice cream was excellent particularly the Rum and Raisin. Coffee was a tad underwhelming but may suit the regulars. Amble is definitely worth a visit to enjoy the pods and the Sunday market.

Wonderful place where the staff are always very warm and welcoming, absolutely nothing is to much trouble. Drinks are always made to your order, fabulous ice cream (which you can also buy to take home) and a delicious display of cakes make this a fantastic destination to while away some time with either family or friends.

Called in twice whilst staying in Amble having read recommendations from previous guests of the cottage. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to have split flavours as we couldn't make our minds up between so many choices. We tried Turkish delight, elderberry & ginger, biscotti & amoretti, vanilla, rum & raisin and gingerbread. All were great, but the elderberry... More

We stopped for ice cream and coffee after a friend's recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and helpful staff and really good ice cream with some unusual choices. I had the liquorice ice cream which was very good and nice coffee and tea. It has a pleasant, relaxed, family feeling and we will definitely call again.

Visited on a Sunday morning, it has plenty of fab ice creams to choose from, lots of suggestions for sundaes. There was plenty of cake choices. I had a GF carrot cake which was a bit on the dry side, however, it was tasty. You are given a pot of water and a tea bag, which I liked as I... More

What a fantastic range of ice cream here. The staff are all lovely and friendly. My favourite is honeycomb, ginger, sticky toffee, coffee, coconut need I go on they are all gorgeous, and they sell cakes too although never tried because we can't get passed the delicious ice cream. Well worth a 42 mile trip.
