This off the beaten track restaurant does not disappoint. Pierre was extremely gracious and a spectacular chef. Family of 4 (2 10 year olds) enjoyed all the options in this relaxed setting. Get there for the sunset if you can! Dined all over the world...More

We have stayed at chez pierres in the rustic beach bungalows and thoroughly enjoyed our time keeping in mind "rustic" may not be for everyone. We have also returned many times just to enjoy a night out. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, best...More

It's a little drive but worth it. Pierre is the chief cook and everything else. Nice to have some different food choices on this wonderful island

I visited, first for the fishing, and then for the overall experience. Superb food, very comfortable cottages and a fine beach. 'nut said.

While some would say Pierre is gruff and maybe even harsh, it is all bluster with only kindness and caring at its heart. He gives his every effort to make your experience a wonderful one.

Superb food and service. In the middle of the boonies you get civilized cooking and wines. Pierre does it himself. A taste of haute Quebec on Long Island.

We ate at Chef Pierre for lunch and had a Margarita pizza and a Caesar salad for two. Chef Pierre was a little gruff with us since we had not made a reservation, but he served us and the food was amazing! It says on...More
