Although it is known that the hotel where this restaurant is located (Quinta Bella) offers a wide range of places to enjoy haute cuisine dishes, without a doubt, Aroma stands out for being a place where from the moment you enter you are pampered and anything you order is a caress your palate.

The place is nice for a dinner with a warm atmosphere. Everyone's attention is impeccable, they are always at your service asking if you need anything. The drinks they served us had the right flavor and temperature, I loved the conga they served me. Delicious food and unbeatable service. A fantastic Mexican-Oriental fusion very well done. The pork breast in peanut, the watercress and mango salad, the terrine in mole and the aroma ramen, really delicious, the cocktails, the starters and the complimentary details make you want to return. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service is impeccable; the staff is very attentive and friendly, making sure everything is perfect. The restaurant is a bit small so I would recommend making a reservation. Having said that … we were having difficulty picking our dishes and the waiter, David, made excellent suggestions. We were especially impressed that he suggests we order *fewer* dishes because the portions were large. And he was right! We ordered one appetizer and one main dish and it was more than enough. The food was wonderful and the presentation was spectacular. He even recommended a wine that was the perfect pairing. Lovely experience all around.

This was a great foodie restaurant. There were lots of choices on the menu and everything we ordered was excellent. I had the mango salad and it was so good with sweet maple balsamic, nuts and cheese. I also had the chicken wrapped asparagus appetizer which was big enough to be a meal. They gave everyone a fried perogy at the beginning which was so tasty we all wanted more. The best was the chocolate lava dessert at the end. Delicious!

We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, and our experience was fantastic. We went there for my birthday, the waiter recommended the tlayuditas, coconut soup, and the dumplings. The flavors were amazing! After dinner, they brought our dessert with a piece of fireworks in it for my birthday. Not a sparkler, a piccolo Pete! The speakers for the whole restaurant played happy birthday. We came with high expectations, and were still blown away. The staff were as wonderful too. Go here!!

Perfect Rib Eye with asparagus, my favorite dish. I've got to tase some of their plates, all of them were really great. This plate is served with some crispy onion which makes it even more interesting. I suggest eating it with a dark beer or a cabernet sauvignon. Please don't lose the opportunity to taste the other restaurants in the hotel, all of them have different proposals on food, and you can see the chef's experience in every bite you take.

One if the best restaurants in all of Huatulco. The food is outstanding each time. Chef Miquel is great, such creative dishes all the time All of the staff are top notch and they make you feel welcome and at home. I've been dining at Aroma for 4 years. I love this restaurant
