Decided to try our local after hearing good things about the food. We were a bit hesitant as we knew this pub and the shabby chic look wasn’t inviting. However, new people have come in,and my word, they are working hard to bring it up...More

Good dog friendly pub if you want a good value meal. Both enjoy the burgers and evening order a second. Drinks and food reasonably priced. It's also on the Wreckers Morris band circuit for a few hours of great entertainment.

Awesome to see my old local back to a thriving drinker's pub. Glynis and Tony have brought the pub back to life and doing the works it so desperately needed.

This is a proper drinkers pub, always a good atmosphere and friendly bar staff, 3 different real ales on at all time, a genuinely nice place to loose a few hours

Came past here very about a week ago and saw the huge for sale sign on the wall. Don't know whether it's the business for sale as a going concern or whether it may all be up for sale, possibly for residential conversion. I very...More
