How did the hotel not recommend this great Italian restaurant to me? I suppose because it does not serve Thai food. What it does serve--fresh pasta, excellent sauces, and prompt service at a very reasonable price--makes this my favorite spot (so far) in Ao Nang.

We had a hard time finding good food in Thailand and we found this place right in front of our hotel. We ate there three times in two days and every time, we took spaghetti. It was great! Two things we didn't like: no AC (even inside) and a lot of people were smoking on the balcony.

We enjoyed the pizzas (+/- 225 THB per pizza) we ate here. :) Very good service! If you need a break from all the Thai food we can recommend this place!

The pizzas we ate here were great.Thin crust and super tasty.Just as an Italian pizza should be.Service was good and the toilets were clean which was a plus.Give it a try.

I ate at Spaghetti House several times. The owner is Italian and he knows what he is doing. If you want simple, no-frills, tasty Italian food, then I highly recommend this place. The food is MUCH better than the restaurants serving Italian food near the beach. The service is friendly and professional, and the prices are fair value. I will... More

W went to Venice and Florence in June and have to say that the food we had at The Spaghetti House was far better than we had this last trip and ranks very high in all the ITALIAN food we have ever eaten, regardless of the price. The sign at the front is a bit of putting but don't be... More

Went there with my girlfriend and she had the pasta bolognese while I had the pasta gamberetti. Both of us found the bolognese too sour while I found my gamberetti balanced and not too bad actually. That being said, I personally find that the prawns in my pasta are atad too small given that this is a seaside town.... Lastly,... More

I was highly dubious when a friend recommended I try pizza at an establishment called Spaghetti House. Was this crude, post-modern satire? I ordered the prosciutto or pancetta or whatever. It was bacon. Tons of bacon. It was pizza dough, tomato base, cheese, bacon, and nothing else. It totally reconfigured my brain like the way I expect illegal substances would,... More

We went to another pizza place which was ranked higher than this but let me tell you that Spaghetti House Pizza is way better than the other 2 places I've tried. Their sign is very deceiving especially when the font looks like a horror house! Haha. Even the menu doesn't look so convincing but we tried our luck and was... More

I went for a take out pizza. I was charged for the box to take the pizza away in and the box tasted better than the pizza. Just rubbish.
