I lived in Japan for 10 years and have constant cravings for yakisoba. Unfortunately, living in Mexico can make finding yakisoba difficult, so when I happened upon it on the menu at Tadaima, I knew I needed it. I was NOT disappointed. Their yakisoba is almost as good as what I used to buy in Japan. The service is excellent,... More

Although they announced themselves as "Thai & Sushi" the reality is that the place is focused on sushi only, they try to make a fusion between thai, mexican and sushi, the result is an amazing creative combination of flavors. Usually they are under staffed so when the place is fulled it could take a while to get your plate served.... More

I gathered here for a small family reunion. The staff was very accommodating to our group. The service was personal and excellent. And the food . . . .the food was AWESOME!!! I can say it was the best sushi I have tasted!! The marlin roll was yummier than yummy. Our party had a variety of different plates that ranged... More

Tadaima is by far my favorite restaurant in Ensenada thanks to the best sushi chef in Baja! He is creative and talented as well as friendly and greets his guests with warmth and charm. They have an extensive menu so have something for everyone and the location is excellent so you can also enjoy the shops on the street. The... More

Something Mexican mix with Thai there but it was really good, not too expensive and the service is nice, on the other hand their sushi and ceviche are truly amazing, the Chef in this little restaurant on First Street has some good skills.

I had an excellent experience at Tadaima. I'm guessing that perhaps it has changed hands in some way since the previous reviews, because the food was great. As an American who recently spent a year abroad in Asia, I have to say I was very pleased with my experience on all levels. I came in the early afternoon and was... More

The restaurant is located in a calm area of a touristy part of Ensenada. They did not have a big selection of drinks but there food tastes good. Their Pad Thai did not taste like it should be but their Yakisoba tastes great. Their dishes are a mixture of authentic Japanese food, Japanese/ Mexican food, and Thai food. I do... More

I have only been there once, I was really craving Pad Thai and although I wasn't expecting the exact same thing.. I was expecting something similar with mexican flavors. Not what I received at all. They really tried as to what ingredients they used but the sauce, OMG! I was expecting a nice light peanuty sauce and what I actually... More

The food was bad. The place was dead on Friday night and there is an obvious reason for that. Waste of money. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place.

The standard was way below normal for an ethnic restaurant outside the home country. I would not recommend this place for anything other than sushi which has some unique varieties (although the tastes of rich marlin, salmon, avocado and cream cheese were too strong). The basic dishes of japanese cooking however, were very, very expensive for what I received, and... More
