We had a fantastic day, starting out with snorkelling with whale sharks and then with a good appetite lunch. Great location overlooking the sea, relaxed easy pace with great food and drinks, we had far too much to eat, ribeye steak which was awesome, prawns...More

They fill you up with amazingly flavored fresh fish. Pitcher of hibiscus water to wash it down. My whole group left in a food coma.

There are so many great restaurants and dining experiences in La Paz. Have been going for 10+ years now. Was told on one of my first trips that this was "where the locals go". Well, don't go. Compared to so many other options, the food...More

We were at the Bismark-cito on the malecon. Ceviche was good. Marlin tacos not good. Chile rellenos were blah. Service was decent if not friendly. Really wish we had gone somewhere else.

The setting is pleasant on the Malecon. The traditional fish dish was good as was the salad bar. It was fun to watch the marathon while we were having dinner.

Maybe im a little biased as i grew up in new england and the seafood is amazing! We got the lobster for 2 combo plate. The lobster was over cooked, very chewy. The scallops were either under or overcooled also. And the shrimp literally tasted...More

All the food is great in this large open restaurant on the Malecón in La Paz. We had many different seafood courses; they were all delicious; even the meat was perfect. Our friends in la Paz recommended the place and we came back on our...More

If you want a taco head to Bismarks. They have manta ray tacos, dorado tacos, pulpo tacos and more! Their octopus plate is good but large, shrimp cocktail, large again. Right on the malecon with nice view.

Want the best plate of crunchy, deep-fried red snapper, then this is the place. 220 pesos, I think. Large, easy rolling resto with a presence that spills onto the sidewalk (the Malecon), with a gaze to the beach. Good service, and that's ok.

Ok, but definitely not great. And a little more expensive than other restaurants in the area. Tuna and fried huachinango were great. Paella and diablo shrimp were ok. Scallop cocktail (raw, sort of like ceviche but not in liquid) was over "pickled" until it was...More

It's deep fried whole ( less guts of course) Be sure to ask them not to dry it out by cooking it too long otherwise it looses the moisture that is so essential for the enjoyment of fish done in this way. It's called... More
