Walked by this restaurant many times, and finally decided to stop. The bulk of the reviews are VERY ACCURATE. My only gripe or complaint, is that they do NOT accept credit cards. If you spend anything besides pesos you will lose on the exchange, and they know it. Otherwise, great food for the items we tried.

The food and service at Catrina's is AMAZING! We have traveled all over Mexico and this is the best seafood and mole we have ever had. Yellow tail, smoked marlin, custom mole and cheese enchiladas! It was so good we went back the next night for another dinner. Their food is not heavy, it's perfectly seasoned/garnished with very fresh ingredients.... More

Our cruise stopped in La Paz and we wandered over here for lunch. Live music, tacos, and great priced margaritas. Really enjoyed it, was a memorable part of our trip. Going back to La Paz soon and will be stopping here again.

We walked by and saw their drink specials and decided to stop. The wait staff was very friendly and the food was even better! We ordered the stuffed peppers and they were very spicy and quite delicious. We also ordered the fajitias and there was nothing left to take home. A great place to go with friends and to people... Had a nice dinner of smoked marlin stuffed chili Rellenos. Very location off malecon with view of ocean. Not the best margaritas in town, but cheap.

We slid up the side street for a beverage after a dusty afternoon walk and stayed for an early dinner. Catrina's opens at 4 pm, so is not open for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed frosty Pacifio's and shared a molcajete for two, with a tasty, robust broth, nic selection of goodies including nopal cactus, long green onion, arachera and... More

We took advantage of drink specials and a wide menu to eat here a couple of times. The waiter speaks outstanding English and give us a lot of tips about visiting La Paz. We came here a third time when all the tourists were out in force on an afternoon, and were ignored, so that sort of soured the experience.... More

We ate here twice. It was walking distance from Posada LunaSol along the Malecon. The fish tacos are excellent as is the guacamole. And the service was friendly.

We were visiting off of the cruise ship for the day and wanted some good local Mexican food and drinks. This restaurant was a great choice, the Margaritas were good, the second round was even better. Their guacamole was very fresh, the prices were very reasonable and the server was very prompt and friendly, what more could you want? Would... More

We ordered a hot pot fish and shrimp enchiladas. The appearance of hot pot looks colorful, but fish sticks are over cooked without much taste. The fish hot pot has a few fish sticks but two pieces of hot dogs and cheese sticks. What kind of mixes. The dip source for chips are very good.

We are a Mexican food Restaurant with inside and outdoor sitting. Enjoy our great specialty's, Mojitos and Margaritas. Don't be scared of our host "The Catrina" she's been here since Cristobal Colon discovered America and came down to Baja California Sur leaving her on the beach while she was collecting some shells.
