I'm no expert on sushi, but I enjoy fresh sashimi and a wide range of rolls. We ordered a ton of sushi, sashimi, nigiri and even some teriyaki. Then the portions were huge...so we had an absolutely ridiculous amount of food (take note!). Like I said, I'm no expert, but everything was fresh and tasty. I would have liked a... More

My family and I eat here about once a week while staying in La Paz. It is fantastic sushi! (We are from Vancouver, BC and have high standards too). Fantastic rolls (our fave is the Coronado!) and really good service. Excellent value as well for what you get.

We happened to find this restaurant after visiting the Costa Baja resort. It looked super busy so we decided to give it a try. It was a good decision Very good sushi. Excellent crab burrito. The California maki roles were fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the tempura vegetables. Our non-sushi guest really enjoyed the teriyaki combo plate. We read... More

On the beautiful (especially at night) La Costa marina. Lots of sushi and non-sushi choices at reasonable prices. Full bar too. Place appears very clean and wait staff quite attentive. A great change of pace when you tire of standard Mexican fare.

I am surprised to see some of the bad reviews. I agree that the service was somewhat slow but I thought the food was great. The view of the Marina is wonderful.

It started with a tempura mixto plate, over cooked and under cooked veggies in something that was not tempura. The wine list doesn't tell you where the wines are from, but the bottle we ordered was very nice. The main courses were awful the baja pirata was chewy and stale tasting. The shrimp tempura roll was hard to eat because... More

The most amazing part of this restaurant is the ingredients that they do have. They are fresh and tasty. The problem is that when we visited they did not have everything. It's good enough I enjoyed it. If I stay in Costa Baja I would definitely go again if I don't want to venture myself into town.

This place was recommended to our group by a couple that we dove with. They told us that it was really good and that they had large portions. They were not kidding about the portions. We thought with how low the prices were they must have been exaggerating. Needless to say, we ended up taking some back to the hotel... More

When we ordered, they didn't have what i wanted to eat in the menu so i had to ask for something else that wasn't that good. The service wasn't good and they weren't polite with us. So i don't think we're going back.

Thank Alejandra T
